The Geek Squad exceeded by expectations in the install of my new large TV and the moving of the one they replaced to my upstairs Bedroom. They removed the Large TV and took it away. They also put together the new TV Stand for the TV that was moved upstairs.

Agents were professional, courteous, and fast. I appreciated their time to answer my questions and ensure everything was installed perfectly

The Geek Squad did a great job with installing my 85" TV. They mounted the tv on my wall and ran the electricals behind the wall. The team was thorough and clean.

Great people. Did all what was needed and even more.

The guys got the job done: hung my tv mount , television. hooked up my blue ray and soundbar , so i did not have to program anything. This was good. Not so good... my TV is off center. I specifically asked to center the TV over the storage bench below. i figured that they have to center TV's all the time and it would be easy for them to be accurate, but, after they left and I sat down to watch my TV , i noticed that the TV was not centered over the storage bench. To have the TV centered over my storage bench, i had to push it over by atleast 4 inches, Now the storage bench is too close to my entry way table and I wanted the entryway table and the storage bench to be as far apart from each other as possible. So , this is annoying and did not have to happen, but now I am stuck with this, unless i want to pay them to come out again and make more holes in my drywall re-centering my TV. Disappointed

Did a great job mounting. Very quick and professional.

The two Geek Squad members removed the old TV, installed the new TV and set up the watching apps for us. They were knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The communication was good with reminder emails, texts and phone call. A pleasant experience.

I scheduled my TV to be mounted. The guys that came by were professional and did a great job. They even called me a few days early and offered to install it early. I was available so I accepted the earlier appointment. Too bad the Cell phone repair appointment wasn’t as great.

Outstanding customer service and extremely professional hanging the 3 TVs. Equally importantly, technician Jho helped me better understand features of my TVs that I didn’t even know existed and help me realize their value. I highly recommend the service.

The Agent (Nash Smallwood) and his partner installed my wall mount TV quickly and efficiently. They work together very well as a team and didn't seem bothered with me watching over their shoulder. I learned a lot. Very polite and considerate. On a scale of 1-5 I'll give them 15

The young man that installed our tv today did an amazing job! I expected them to come late but they were early and with a great attitude. Also called before they came and was respectful. Did a great job all together. He definitely deserves a raise!

the agents connected all the devices and got the tv running well. The only problem, connected to sound bar I cannot use the tv sound system. should be able to do this.

The geek squad tech was amazing at installing my new TV. He asked my opinion about placement etc! Very efficient and cleaned up the mess! FANTASTIC JOB!!

The technician was excellent- professional, efficient, patient and personable. He took time to tuck in the cords, provide instructions to me, and pick up all packing materials.

I cannot review this item. When they came to mount my tv, it would not work with my electrical outlet behind the tv. (Mine sticks out from the wall, is, is not recessed like most.). The technician had another on the truck, so it was switched out....at a higher price of course. But I had no problem returning it to the store.
