    The agents mounted 2 TV'S & they made sure that I was pleased with everything before they left. They were very professional & did a great job & cleaned up after themselves.

    Mounted TV on Tile Fireplace

    I just moved into my new build house with tile fireplace and was very nervous to have someone drill through the tile, but Kevin from Geek Squad at Best Buy was a total pro and took good care of everything. He made sure I had the best mount and cabling for my setup and left everything clean when he finished. I took away one star because of the online scheduling. I booked my appointment several weeks ahead of time and had a hold payment on my credit card, but for some unknown reason the appointment was canceled by Best Buy just 2 days away from the appointment. I had to redo the appointment online which was charging more than the initial price, so I had to call customer service to get things resolved at the correct price (customer service was professional and got it taken care of - but it was stressful and took up my time to coordinate rescheduling, etc.)

    I can't imaging trying to mount our new 77 inch TV ourselves. The geek squad did a great job for us, installing the Sanus wall mount and then placing the TV on it, with all the cords nicely organized and bound together. They mounted the new soundbar to the bottom of the Sanus mount, so that it moves wherever the TV moves. They paired all of our devices to the TV remote (Soundbar, Xfinity, Apple TV, BluRay player, video games), making our watching experience easy and seamless.

    Set up was really great. Attitude of the installers was very professional and friendly. They explained the differences from our old TV very well and also answered my questions very well. The Geek Squad came through again!!

    Setup and delivery were exceptional. They had to move my bracket in order for the new tv to be placed above the fireplace, The TV looks very professionally installed.

    Antonio and his fellow technician were savvy, efficient, friendly, and gave sound advice. They installed the tv mount and connected everything expertly, while optimizing which cables should be plugged in where (such as the sound bar to the eArc on the TV, etc). Where they mounted it looks fantastic on our wall and gave plenty of space next to the television for wall mounting the PS5 / Nintendo Switch. Appreciated as well the care they took of the television, ie wiping it down, placing it on padding instead of directly on the floor. Helped it stay pristine, the way I like to keep it. Thanks Antonio and team!

    this is not the first time i have had brittany as the technician for an installation. she is very professional. knowledgeable about the product and always goes above and beyond to make sure able to use the new purchase.

    I recently bought a high-end Samsung TV and soundbar. Geek Squad installed both for me since I subscribe to the Best Buy tech program. I was very pleased with their service. Two techs arrived at the agreed upon time and were able to install the new units very quickly. They also boxed up my old TV since I was giving it to my grandson. I couldn't be happier with their help and service. Hooking up a TV and programming it takes a bit of doing these days and the fellows who came were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the features of the TV to me.

    The agent was very professional and effecient the only reason i didnt give 5 stars was because i ordered a wall mount and there was a miscommunication between geek squad and the store on that item so it was never mounted and we used the prexisting wall mount i wish i was informed about the wall mountI purchased with this order not being available prior to agent coming to my home but other wise he went above and beyond

    This review was for wall mount installation of a Samsung QN85c 85". Expectation: This TV is quite a beast, so we knew the installation would have be up to par. Result: The installation team (more on that below) did an absolutely fantastic job with installation. They had a few challenges with cable routing through the wall and worked through it for a flawless configuration. We couldn't be any happier with the results. Special kudos to the Installation Team Lead! See below. A word of warning about the BB appt tools however. When the TV was purchased in-store -- the salesperson set up the installation appt during the sale. The appropriate emails were sent out by BB's system and all seemed well. Until 9:30pm (PM!) the night before the scheduled appt -- when an automated system emailed from BB claiming that the next morning's appt was only to deliver the mount. I decided we'd just wait until morning and see what transpired. I'm glad we did because the installation team lead had our backs! He called the next morning and we were able to sort everything out with them arriving with TV and mount to do the job as originally scheduled. Coda: After the flawless installation, we received multiple emails from BB's scheduling system to schedule our "2nd" appt (the one to install the TV that was already installed). After several of these, I finally called BB and was able to get the 2nd appt slot cancelled. Note: I'm not counting off any review points for the scheduling issue as a) it still happened on time, and b) the installation team lead saved the day.
