Great installers! Explained T.V operation in detail. Took the packaging with them and it works great! Friendly and professional.

They arrived a little after the window closed but not by much. Also I should not it wasn’t the geek squad but subcontractors. That was a bit disappointing especially never being told I would be getting subcontractors. But they were very informative and installed tv quickly.

Came in and got to work and clean up after the install.

I have been a pretty big "do it yourselfer" over the years, but never again. It was very satisfying to sit down and enjoy the TV after it was installed without the aggravation of installing it. No project ever goes as planned, but it did this time because it wasn't my project!

Professional and polite service technicians installed my wall mounted TV smoothly and quickly. Took the headache away from us trying to do this work. Well worth paying the cost.

Guys mounted TV & Connected to devices, cleaned up

Called Best Buy to fix a TV install done incorrectly and as a severe fire hazard from Task Rabbit. Don’t ever use TR for anything electrical.

Had the Geek Squad do a basic mounting service for an existing 55in in our bedroom. They came in a timely manner as scheduled and were very professional throughout the install which literally only took about 30-40 mins. It's the second time we've done the basic mounting and wouldn't hesitate to do so again in the future.

They were extremely great!! So very professional and very very polite. They were the vest service men I have never ever met!! They were gentlemen yet very professional.

Best value, hands down! I ordered this online for my daughter in another city. Her local Best Buy delivered and set it up for her free of charge. It couldn't have been better!

Unfortunately when the TV came along with the geek squad the TV screen was broken but the guys were amazing and quickly was able to rectify the situation. Within 5 days they were able to get a new replacement TV and take the broken one back! Happy Customer and I love the TV

I had two different Geek squad visits. Both Geek squads didn't spend enough time explaining the functions of the TV. I also made several calls to Best Buy to help explain TV functions that didn't understand or didn't know how to find.

Service by Rich was above and beyond. He took time to explain the features of the new TV and made sure we were able to access internet related capabilities.

The agents were professional. They (2 agents worked together) mounted the TV with care and connected all devices. They were knowledgeable and answered questions making the use of the systems understandable and easy,

This was a gift for my parents. They mounted the TV and connected it - looks great. They did not connect it to the various services my parents have - like amazon prime or google play. It would be "excellent" but they apparently did not bother attempting to explain how to use the TV (and switch between devices) to my parents. Which . . . I understand.
