The agents mounted by TV and set up all my devices.

Everything was up and running to my expectations. Removed my old equipment and packing from the new purchase.

The agents mounted the tv we purchased quickly on the living room wall. They had all tools needed to locate the studs on the wall and quickly mounted it. Connected all devices to the tv and gave us a tutorial on the use of the tv and sound bar. Agents were very professional and friendly.

Richard & Jess were AMAZING & very professional. Mounted our flatscreen in an instant, with precise precision. Great customer service & expertise. Hope to always get them.

Horrible ! But it was NOT geek squad That installed it. It was subcontracted out as they were overbooked. The guy was rude and did not let me explain were I wanted it mounted. Best Buy was AMAZING with fixing the situation. I commend how well they handled the situation!!! Thank you !!!! Bad situation but Best Buy fixes it ! That is why I am giving you 4 stars !!!

Installers were great. Took their time. Knowledgeable about hanging the TV with the mount and potential pipes behind the walls to avoid. Friendly!!!

Alex was great. He was able to dismount, and mount to new tv with the proper connections. He hauled away the old tv and the box.

Best Buy service is amazing. Customer since 2 years and got TV , Washer and Dryer installed by them. Easy to make an appointment and service is amazing.

Wallace my Tech in Miami, FL was amazing. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He walked me through the process step by step and to9k pride in his work. He made sure that the mount was sturdy before continuing with the installation.

Team showed up on time, were professional, and worked efficiently. After installation they made sure to address any questions I had about the device.

Great service!!! The guys who came out to mount our tv's were very professional & knowledgeable. They made suggestions on tge height although we had in mind for it ti be higher however their suggestion was perfect. Love best buy and all that they offer!!!

Perfect & professional. Not easy to install a 100 inch and a 85 inch TV on Dry Wall.

I’d give more stars if I could. Team Dusty and Jayden were awesome! Very knowledgeable and courteous. They were respectful of our house and our time. We have the Tech Support membership and everybody with the geek squad has been great.

The agents that mounted my 75” TV were on time, they were wearing their masks, They were respectful. They took all the measurements To make sure the TV had good placement, where everybody can see and enjoy it. They answered all the questions I had. A good experience all around.
