These guys were excellent. They came in, got it hooked up and going for me and were gone in a half hour total. It was certainly money well spent.

the agent mounted my TV and connected to my devices. However, I was not informed of a payment prior to the installation date that caused a delay in the replacement

The natal of the mount and TV went smooth and looks great on my inset wall. Unfortunately, we were the last stop of the day and it was late in the evening so the crew couldn’t calibrate the new TV. Watched a YouTube video and it looks excellent.

The technician removed the old TV from the wall mount and installed the new one. He also reconnected the sound bar (which required a new cable) and Fire TV. He programmed everything and was very pleasant and courteous throughout. Our new TV is working fine and we're happy!

Great job ... very experienced expert working on the job who knew exactly what the challenges were for an over the door mount in our master bedroom. Fast, efficent, and excellent workmanship.

I've been having GREAT experiences with Geek Squad. They're always professional and are great with their communication. Getting a call before they're to arrive, and communicating what they'll be working on. They show up on time, clean, and are very personable every time. Worth it every time. Keep up the great work!

The GeekSquad was prompt and friendly. Set up new tv and moved existing tv to another room and mounted. GSquad did forget to hook up cable to 2nd tv but got it on return trip. All of the agents were friendly, helpful and gave good suggestions. Felt very comfortable with them in our house.

The Geek Squad mounted a smaller TV for us and was very good in explaining how they couldn't mount our larger TV because we have metal studs in our wall and the television would fall off the mount. They called their supervisor and he also explained it to us. Excellent service!

NOT over 51" as indicated. The only mistake made was should have gotten the wall rack that one can adjust. Next time. The mounting was great. The hook up to my devices, Modem, DVR, DVD player, runner, and Sony Juke box not so great. Just do not have the patience to have it correct.
