The installation went smoothly. The Squad removed my old TV and mount without damage to the wall. They placed my new mount and Sony Braiva TV exactly where I wanted, covering old holes from the previous TV. They cleaned up afterwards and went over the features of my new system. The Geek Squad was supposed to set up a TV stand that I ordered from Best Buy and then set up the TV on the stand, but the stand showed up broken so that couldn't set it up and they wouldn't take the stand back to Best Buy, we had to pack into the car and take it back ourselves.

The Geek Squad were great - did a wonderful job taking down the old TV and mount. Putting up the new mount and TV and setting up all the different components to work together. They made getting a new TV fun instead of hours of stress.

Geek Squad came on time and brought extra parts needed for this unique situation. Knowledgeable technicians were able to install in an unusual spot no problem. Explained operation of the TV and cable better than previous installlers.

Unless you are a handy man with a trusted assistant you need this service for a large TV. I speak from personal experience. The screen is so fragile it will break if you apply the slightest amount of pressure to the screen when you lift th the TV. Geek Squad install the wall mount, connect all of your devices and remove your old TV.

Having the TV mounted to the wall was the best thing.

A good mount is important to get the most from a big screen TV. This allows both vertical and horizontal tilt, nice for viewing from a chair on the side of the room. Having the Geek Squad install it was great. Much faster and better than I could have done.

The guys were efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. They completed the job in a very reasonable time and explained how to work everything.

Geek Squad hung our 65” tv and sound bar and hooked up all devices. They did a great job and made sure the app for the sound bar was fully functional too. Very polite and personable duo.
