The boys took down he old tv from the wall and fitted the new 55 incher to the existing fittings, which we appreciated.... Every thing works well... though we could have used a little more help in the operation of the new Samsung...

the geek squad set this up fast and with no problems

The guys mounted my 65" TV, installed the sound bar and programmed my Harmony universal remote. They were highly professional, knowledgeable and efficient. When there was a small problem with the programming of the remote that I commented on in the on-line survey they pro-actively contacted me and came back to resolve the issue.

The third party agent, named Alex, did an excellent job of mounting my 55" television to the swivel stand I bought and in assisting me to set up the television and setting up both Netflix and Amazon Prime. I was very happy with the service and would recommend him to anyone.

The guys we had were awesome! They were prompt, careful, asked exactly where we wanted the tv mounted, and cleaned up the area under where they had to drill. We were very pleased!

The agents installed the tv, helped me with setting up hulu and explained ARC to us. We had bought a new reciever from Best Buy, and wanted to try it but they said it was iffy at best and other reviews really bore that out so saved us a lot of frustration and we hooked up optical digital instead.
