There was no way I would have been able to install the TV mount and TV on my own and was to nervous to ask a friend for help. What if something slipped !! Best Buy once again provided excellent service during this install and it looks great!

TV is amazing but the Geek Squad set up was even more amazing. Once they hung the TV they also patiently showed me how to work the TV. I would recommend their services to everyone I know.

They guys arrived on time n had my tv up in no time.....on complaint i have is i cant find the power cord to charge my removal control.....other wise great install

This mount was perfect for what we needed it to do in our living room. The mounting done by the Geek Squad was perfect. They took their time and ensured more than once that I was happy with the placement of the mount!

Very fast and friendly! I forgot to add connecting my surround sound system to my service order, but they gladly added it on when they arrived and hooked it up with no problem!!

Agent Mathew, is a real GEEK the boy is smart as a whip, I have never met a real live geek before. Very knowledgeable , very patient very courteous, I really enjoyed meeting him. If I could give him more than five stars I would he certainly earned, everyone of them!

Picture is good but not knock out spectacular. The smart TV features are extensive and well organized. The Geek Squad was fabulous. Samsung has great telephone customer service if needed. Only real negative: the remote that comes with this TV is too small and a little difficult to handle, but sufficient.

David, from Very Sound Advice, is amazing! I’m so pleased with the job he did. Best Buy finally did something right! Using this gentleman to install our TVs was the best experience. I hope Best Buy continues to utilize his services. David is personable and knowledgeable. He was an absolute joy to deal with.

Clear communication with prep emails and pre phone calls - on time and good judgment on installation timing - friendly techs that are willing to teach you about your products and how to care for them

The agents were very professional and friendly. They came in and did there job in a timely manner. Cleaned everything up. Showed me how to use everything and answered all my questions. Yes I would recommend this Geek Squad to everyone.

I have to say the Geek Squad did a great job installing the bracket and setting up the TV. They were very professional and gave us great options on the mounting. They did a great job hiding the wires and cleaned up everything including the taking of the box so we didn’t have to deal with it.

While there were some bumps with the order and confusion on the delivery, the geek squad did an amazing job, they were extremely helpful, professional and they ensured we were completely satisfied with our product and setup before they left! They went above and beyond to correct in store errors and we would highly recommend them!!!

Geek squad team did a great job installing the mount and insuring the tv was completely level and operating correctly. Setup the tv completely and made sure the picture quality was beautiful.

Our technician, Kenny from Geek Squad, was the best we have ever seen. He was very prompt, courteous, and wonderful to work with. We had him both times to install our TV's and mounts on the wall. I would highly recommend Geek Squad to anyone.
