The technicians that helped install my tv wall mount did an amazing job. Couldn’t be happier with the service. They explained how and what they did and asked me how I would like the TV set up. Overall very satisfied with the service. Very professional.

I love my installer. She was super nice, kept me informed of TV delivery delays and super nice when they actually installed my TV. Really recommend the Geek Squad teams at the Lewisville, TX store.

Technicians were great. So nice to have them locate best placement for tv and for them to attach the bracket to the wall and attach the tv to the bracket. they explained all the features of the tv and got everything connected in a short amount of time

Once we had the right mount it's been great. Mix up with online purchase. We did not receive good online advice and had to return the first mount sent. Annoying to have to return the mount in person. Wish geek squad would have taken care of it for us. This mount does the job!

Geek Squad set up my TV and got everything up and running the way it should. I don't think I could have get everything to work without messing something up. They are. and have been the Best as far as I'm concerned.

I was worried about hiring to do something I'd normally do myself, but we got a BIG tv this time. The guys who came out to mount it did an outstanding job. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to get it right.

I would have given them 5 stars but my sound bar is not straight. Other than that the guys were bery knowledgeable and professional. Yeah and quick

The agents unpacked my TV and stand and set everything up perfectly. My TV was mounted to the stand without any issues. The agent’s also took the time to explain the operations of my TV/remote control. Overall, I was overly and completely satisfied.

Both Seth and Beau were very professional and exceptionally patient. Seth has been to my home before, and I was even more pleased to see him on my installation. Beau was so accommodating. He programed my existing remote to my new TV and DVD devices

Had GeekSquad come out to mount a 55” TV. Planned to have cabling run through the wall, but they discovered the was was cinder block. Changed directions and did a great job of getting the tv mounted and cables hidden cleanly. They even updated a few setting on my TV that I’d missed. Solid service as always.

We scheduled to have a large (75") TV mounted that was purchased at Best Buy, using a mount that was also purchased from Best Buy for a lightly smaller TV (65"), again, purchased from Best Buy. When scheduling over the phone, the customer service agent asked many questions, so all was disclosed on what service we were needing, where the TV is going, what size is the TV, what size is the mount, etc. The day of the scheduled service, one of the Geek Squad guys that was scheduled to come, actually called and reviewed the details over the phone, verifying that the mount was the appropriate size, verifying that I just needed the TV mounted, not hooked up to other components, etc. All seemed well. However, upon arrival, the other Geek Squad guy came in, looked at the new TV that we had taken out of the box to have ready, and told me "Nope, this isn't happening" and then crossed his arms and just stood there. When we asked what the issue was, he claimed that the basic mounting was not the correct option for us to have selected and this was a special job, which would be at least $350 more. I explained to him that, when I scheduled over the phone, I had been very honest about how large the TV was, where the mount was, and that the current smaller TV was being replaced by the new TV. Actually, when I scheduled, I was told that because we didn't want components hooked up or wires hidden in the wall that this was a "basic" mount, so this is how she scheduled it. (This was not a request or decision of mine, it was the conclusion/selection that customer service rep came to after asking all of her questions. The Geek Squad guy was just so rude about the whole thing. He was absolutely unhelpful, arms crossed, arguing with me the entire time about what he claimed I must have said or not said on the phone when I scheduled. He had negative things to say about the customer service lady that I spoke to when I scheduled, also claiming that she was incompetent. This was not an apology for his company or company's employee, but more of an insult to both her and I that we so incompetently scheduled this visit. Honestly, it felt like he had no interest in working anymore that day, as it was around 3:30-4 PM when they arrived. I had also booked to have a smart door bell install (again, also purchased at Best Buy) but after he said he couldn't mount the TV, he just left, so I guess I will need to figure that one out on my own as I will not use this service again. Long story short, we make most of our electronics and appliance purchases from them and this is the first issue I have experience, but it has really changed my view on Geek Squad and Best Buy.

Geek Squad does all my installations. I am sorry to hear they will be discontinued, it is my main reason I buy all my technology from Best Buy!

Great service! Technicians Vincent and Sean were very knowledgeable and skilled at getting both our TV wall stands put up. These guys are the experts and really know what they are doing. We are very happy with their work. Thank you Geek Squad!

Our old wall mount didn't fit the new TV!!!! The new TV needed to be LARGER!!!! It was a new TV, 55" replacing a 55"!!!! New was smaller by 4" width, and 8"Heighth!!!! It doesn't look so good!!!! Can we be helped???? Will a 60" fit on a stand???? HELP!!!! Ron R

The agent installed and mounted my tv perfectly. He did it quickly and made certain it was located exactly where I wanted it. Very professional, friendly and cleaned up the dirt and dust. He also made certain the tv and streaming services were working properly before he left. Very satisfied

The independent agent installed my TV and connected all my apps. He was very professional even though my stop was added at the last minute due to scheduling issues.
