Gabe and Gavin from Geek Squad are the reason that I continue to utilize services from Best Buy. They came out and installed a wall mount and new Samsung Q60 65’ within about 30 mins. Unbelievably fast and efficient. The tv and mount are incredibly sturdy thanks to Gabe and Gavin.

The Geek Squad person showed up on schedule and had everything needed for the install. The gentleman was very professional and took his time. Asked if I like placement before haning. Once installed walked me through TV settings and made sure all my accessories were installed and working. Connect my wifi and showed how to use.

This TV has a great picture and quality. I love that the Firestick is built in because it eliminates unneeded wiring/cords. Connected easily to all of my systems and gaming on it is amazing.

The Geek Squad mounted and secured a 58" Samsung tv to the wall above our fireplace. They then configured it with Netflix and Directvnow. They answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate the remote. The Directvnow sound didn't work on a few channels, but that was a problem with the app. They forgot to set something so the wireless headphones didn't work but my husband figured that out.

The Geek Squad representative who installed my tv was top notch!! He was timely, knowledgeable about the product and just easy to work with! If I purchase any other products soon, I definitely will request him for installation!
