The Geek Squad was terrific. We had 3 members who were hard working, polite and charming! After the TV was hung on the wall, they took everything away and the room was in perfect shape.

The agents mounted my tv and connected everything to it. They made sure everything was working properly before leaving and showed me how to use all of the features that came with the tv.

The 65" Samsung has a great picture, the TV remote is greatly improved over the prior model. The Geek Squad were efficient in getting the TV mounted on the wall and programed for our cable and streaming services. Give the entire transaction an A+.

The agents called right before they arrived to explain the procedures they would take to protect our household as well as themselves during the Covid19 crisis. Their installation process was neat, quick and thorough. The bonus was their friendly personalities! Great job!

They did a great job! They were supposed to follow up on how to get the portrait mode to stay on and I have not heard back from them. This is really disappointing as this is why I bought this TV.

The agents were very professional and mounted the TV with no issues. Everything was placed in the proper order and functions explained well. TV look great after installation.

Physical installation no problem but problem with wireless connection - turned out to be faulty Roku - replaced it and they returned the following day to make sure all worked

The experience process was awful, it was the worst experience I’ve had with Best Buy. I was told one thing when I bought the television about when the delivery and installation could be done. When the guy called he advised it couldn’t be delivered at that time. He stated he would call me when he would be in route to my house and I would meet him. He never called and gave my service to someone else. The new person didn’t call and never rang my door bell, which is a ring doorbell. When I called the Geek Squad number, I told a subject what happened and he set me up for a date near to that. No one showed up and I went to Best Buy and talked with two individuals and they told the person who gave me the second appointment shouldn’t have given an appointment, even though that was the number to call. They told me there was nothing they could do for me and I would have to go to the bottom of the list, they seemed very uncaring to my issue. The guy who installed my television was great. He explained what he was doing, why he was doing what he was doing, and wanted me to know if anything goes wrong how to reach him.

Installation was tricky per the installers. That said, it works well once installed.

It works great and was installed very quickly.....

Unpackaged everything set up wall mount just where needed. Perfect height. Placed t.v. on mount set up functions and explained use . They even help with sound bar wi-if connection. Cleaned up all wrappers and boxes and made sure we were happy and understood how to function wall mount tv. and remote.

This team of 2 was so professional and kind. They answered all my questions (and I had many!) thoroughly and patiently. I absolutely recommend these services.
