The 2 workers did a very good job installing the TV. Very professional and knowledgeable! All around excellent service!!!

Do not buy from Best Buy or Magnolia, and definitely do not use Geek Squad!! Geek Squad subcontracts installations to a 3rd party in my area (Philadelphia suburbs). The subcontractor called the day of my install and I had to fight with them just to get back on the calendar 3 days later. Day of install, the crew that arrived was rude and refused to measure anything and instead eyeball all the measurements. They scraped up my wall with my mount and installed it unlevel and too low. Then they left fingerprints all over the screen and failed to remove shipping films and padding. They also failed to route my hdmi cables correctly through the mount channels and even through my wall channels. They even stole one my new $70 hdmi cables. I bought 4 and they left me with three. In the end, this was the worst install I’ve ever experienced. The quality was extremely unprofessional and I’ve already contracted for a more boutique and experienced crew to fix everything. I bought an 83” Sony oled, Sony soundbar and matching subwoofer. This crew was at best qualified to install 42” tvs on a fixed stand. Not qualified to wall mounted anything, let alone any equipment of this caliber.

This mount was the one that worked best for us. Sturdy and retains a small amount of flexibility. Perfect The installation team is an awesome crew. Quick, courteous, and cleaned up when that completed to install. Very happy with the service.

The mounting bracket works great with just enough tilt for my 82” Samsung. I would have thought you needed something more substantial looking. The intallers were great! They came in, no problem for them. Nice, neat install and cleaned up everything and headed out. And I had 50foot cable runs done in the attic.

Nick and his assistant did great work. They are professional and engaging men. They patiently answered my questions and had my system up and running. They were great representatives of the Geek Squad. Thanks for sending them!

Geek squad installer went beyond his responsibilities. Balance & centered tv- then connected the cords into a surge protector. Anchored & re-cut cover for the cords. The original installation a year ago was not completed correctly. This guy- sorry forgot his name Jose? Was awesome!

The install was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He even patched up our wall where the first Geek Squad installed our other tv's, just left some holes in the wall. Looks great now. He left a very positive experience for our install needs.

The guys were efficient and courteous. They set up, installed the wall mount and TV in a short amount of time and cleaned up. It was something I could not do myself and they did it so well!

Very happy with this purchase. Billy, Dan and the install group were excellent and made sure everything was as advertised.

Hubby purchased a new larger TV so he had the Geeks mount the old 55” TV in the garage. They immediately worked to install the TV mount in the garage and move the TV to the new mount in the garage. He’s very happy with the quality of their work and the tv mount itself.

Great and quick service. Two members came opened the TV box, mounted the stand quickly. They asked my preferences and worked smoothly with me smoothly and provided an excellent service. They welcome questions, and comments and were willing to change the set up to fit well with my interest.

Excellent service the service technician was very knowledgeable, friendly and very attentive. I will recommend Best Buy and The Geek Squad to all my family and friends. The service is absolutely amazing.

The agents mounted my TV and did a good job. However, they could not get my Directv receiver to work with the new TV. My husband was pretty upset about that. They told us that we needed a new digital box but that was not case. My husband got it working later in the evening.

they did not connect everything. The guys said the wiring was to old .

I am impressed with the employees working smarter than harder and not wasting time and my time.
