Set up went smoothly. Techs were knowledgeable, polite and helpful.

Geek squad did not set up tv/receiver to communicate properly, Brandon did not appear interested in taking the time, and he is not welcome in my home again. Tv has been swapped out, and have another appt scheduled for the receiver & universal remote to be configured correctly. Brandon said my universal remote was too old, yet bestbuy still sells it. Again, shame on Brandon, he also said my router/modom was out dated. When i went to bestbuy for tv exchange & check into a new router... Bestbuy still sells the router i currently have. Brandon needs interpersonal skills and additional knowledge of what is sold and current. And he needs to complete his job

A most excellent experience with these installers! They were comfortable with what they were doing and did not waste any time. They picked up after themselves and even hauled away the packing materials!

I Like about them coming to hang up my TV that they came on time I listen to what I said and they were very professional so thanks Best Buy I will recommend this to anyone to get the total tech

I was very pleased with the Geek Squad's installation of my TV over a stone fireplace. It was a difficult task as the stones were non-uniform and quite hard, requiring the use of a large impact driver.

During March madness my 60 inch LG TV went out. I was hoping it wasn’t serious and just the power strip behind the TV. I purchased a new power strip and scheduled the geek squad to come change it out. They were very professional and efficient.

The two men were very professional. They helped find the studs in the wall, double check before hanging the wall mount, mounted the TV, hooked up the cable box etc. This was well worth the price paid and would def recommend this service! The TV hung was 75".

Installation was quick and good. They were not able to wire behind my walls unfortunately

The Geek Squad was awesome in their installation of my tv and soundbar above a fireplace. They did a great job in keeping me informed of their arrival and did an excellent job in mounting the tv and soundbar in an efficient manner. They also took the time to explain the setup.

The Geek Squad is the best of all the delivery and setup services out there. I would never use any other service for installation of my electronics. They are far and away the best.

They associates came in was careful with my things. Made sure my tv was hung right where i wanted it and made sure it was secure. And they took all the packages out with them.

The technicians who set up my tv were great. They arrived on time, were very friendly and did the job beautifully. I would highly recommend them.

The agent installed my TV and mount very quickly and spent a lot of time trying to get the set up complete and worked on getting the wi-fi connected only to find out the chip was bad. He really tried to get the TV to connect and spent a lot of time with us.

Andy and Ishmael were fantastic! Beyond friendly and informative. Worth every penny because everything is complete when they're done, TV is mounted where you want it and apps are set up. All I had to was sit back and watch TV. And I learned a few things about my smart TV I wouldn't have known!
