A bit overpriced but well worth it and is adjustable too

great install, team was great everything went smoothly

New TV is great. Installers set it up perfectly. We are very happy with our new Sony 50" TV.

The specialist was courteous, let me know he was arriving early, and was very efficient in mounting our TV. He knew exactly what to do and had it up in no time. He helped tie up some of the loose cords and cleaned up after himself. Very pleased with the service!

2 Geek guys arrived on time and asked me to verify what we required. They did exactly what we asked for and explained clearly all details of the changes that were made and how everything worked. Very good professional service.

The agents mounted the tv very nicely and even double/triple check their work!

They installed my new tv on an existing mount and tech did set up (including signing in to streaming services I have) and all features on the tv. Showed me all the features and watched while I found all of the functions myself. Everyone needs a Geek to work these complicated features on the 4K sets!

I had a confirmed appointment intall a new 77” tv. As the end of tbe 3 hiura window was approachjng and no deliver in site, i called for an update. After some time, the rep said they are running late and wiuld be there in 39 minutes. An hour later, astill no TV. Another call and this time, the installers wouldnt answer his call. 90 minutes later still no TV. I finally get a call back at 9:45 PM asking if I still wanted him to come. At that point, family isnin bed and I wasnt about to have installera there appraching midnight. The worse part was I left work early, moved furniture out if the way and removed current 65” TV and sound syatem. I now have to wait “2-3” days for somejne to call me back and reschedule because the TV in in transit….aka still on the guys truck. Terrible experience so far.

These folks were at the top of their game! Very professional and fast. So glad I did not attempt by myself. Highly recomend the install service.

I have had Geek Squad forever and they have alway been very good!!!

The guys were good, but they seemed like they just wanted to put in the minimum effort and leave. TV looks good and everything works. I just fell like I was not a priority.

Arrived on time. Very professional, well spoken, polite, clean and very helpful. I couldn’t move the old tv and tv stand by myself so the two men that had come for the wall mount graciously helped me out. My house was a clean when they left as it was when installers arrived. 5 Stars.

The geek squad installers were very nice. They went back to the store to get the right mount and also had a longer hdmi cable for me to purchase. They answered all of my questions about my tv purchase and made sure everything was working before they left.

The Agents that cam to my house were awesome. They let me informed if their time of arrival, used booties on their shoes, made sure I understood what they were doing and made sure I was completely satisfied before they left.
