Best Buy/Geek Squad once again complete a terrific install of my Samsung Frame TV. This is another in a long line of Best Buy/Geek Squad installs that was first rate.

The team was very good at explaining the process and helping me to understand the rationale for certain aspects of the installation.

The Geek Sqad knew exactly how to set up and show how to use this and were very proffesional, polite and answered all questions and made sure we could run this when they were done with the setup.

They only had to move the tv up a few inches on our current bracket. Wanted help explaining set up of options on tv and help with universal remote. Did not get that.

Great service. Covid safe. I wasn’t sure what hight I wanted the tv but the people from the geek squad helped me. I would actually lay in bed and say higher or lower. They were they friendly. I will definitely use the service again.

My technician told me when to expect him, called to remind, was on time, went out of his way to survey the job, went to pick up extra items that made the job more of what I envisioned. Cleaned up more than I expected, and took time to train me. I can't think of anything about him I would change.

Smooth installation, no complaints, long wait window is challenging though

Very professional and quick! Our walls are extremely thick and hard so they had a little trouble finding the studs but they were really nice and did a great job in a short amount of time. Well worth the money bc if we hadn’t, I’d still be waiting on my husband to do it!!

The agents installed my tv and set everything up for me. They were fast, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Thank you for having knowledgeable staff.

The guy who mounted my 65" TV was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was able to drill holes in my 1976 panel walls and hide all of my wires. It looks terrific. Measurements were perfect.

The agents were great. The removed the old tv and mounted the new one to include making sure the programming of the remote was optimized. This is the second time they have been out to help. They were wonderful!!

I paid for the Premium TV mounting service after being told by a Best Buy associate that the cables would be mounted within the wall. When installers came to mount my TV I was told by the Geek Squad installers this could not be done since I had a Samsung TV that uses the Samsung One Connect (something I discussed with the associate in the store). Their recommendation was to tape the power and One Connect cable to the wall and paint over it. The TV itself was mounted properly as one would expect, but I would not recommend the Premium service based on my experience.

Our first set up was not the best. We had to get a new Geek.group.to.help us with our remotes connecting with the TV. They were great!

I have had the Geek Squad mount multiple TV's for me. This time as always they are in and out in a flash and do great work. And, I don't have to worry about creating a bunch of holes in the wall I don't need and end up patching and still looking bad.

Great People, they have helped a lot and responded to all my questions. Gave some pro tips as well how to operate the device and what to do whilst using..
