They were on time and did a wonderful job with both TV would use them again

The guys worked for a couple of hours trying to fasten the TV mount to the exterior wall which has 1/2 inch sheet rock then 2 inches of foam block and then 6 inches of concrete with another 2 inches of foam block plus stucco on the outside. The bolts they had brought were too short to grab the concrete so they to order longer bolts and come back about a week later to finish the installation. When they finished, the mount was level and exactly where it needed to be! Mission accomplished! Job well done!

I have been a Total Tech Member for several years. I have primarily used the remote cleanup service on our computers. That has made the membership generally worthwhile and value added. Recently bought a new TV for install in my home by the Geek Squad. I think Best Buy has made a mistake in eliminating the ability to contact your sales person by phone. I was eventually given an email address but the sales person never responded. As a result, I had to drive to the store on at least three occasions to resolve questions about my purchase. When you call the number of your preferred store you are now directed to a call center and a person answering as if they were in the local store. Disappointing, particularly as a Total Tech member. I dealt with two Geek Squad Teams for the install. Both were polite and competent professionals. There was an initial problem mounting the Sanus Tilt 4D as a result of my homes construction. The original team that was most knowledgeable of the work to be performed did not return as I was assured so it was necessary to start over again with another team. Would have been good to know that the first team was not available up front. I would have waited and rescheduled the completion of the install. Ultimately the job was completed and thus far we are pleased with our purchase. The overall purchase process and install was more difficult than it should have been for the reasons I’ve noted. I hope Best Buy considers these observations and improves on customer support.

Very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I had my own Wall Mounting which was not what they would have used, but they used it, mounted it and made it work just fine.

Geek Squad agents showed up on time and completed the install quickly and professionally. They asked me where I wanted the TV mounted and provided suggestions as to where it would work best. Once we decided on the location, it was up and installed in less than an hour. They then took their time to run all the wires for my cable box, XBox, PlayStation, HDMI switcher, and Bose Soundbar. The Bose was supposed to be mounted with the TV, but they recommended against it because of issues with my TV. They tried a few different options, but just couldn’t get it to work. I am beyond pleased with their support and work.

Two TVs mounted with TV mounts and the guys were great. They were very efficient did everything neatly and clearly and were nice and professional couldn’t ask for more than that!

The Geek Squad agents replaced a standard flat wall mount that I had with a Sanus Elite tilt wall mount. Excellent service and install. Showed me the several different positions I could move my tv with ease. Set the tv up for me so that I had all the proper connections; HD cable, wifi, and channel updates. Very helpful, straight forward and efficient. This is an extremely easy process and the gentlemen who assisted us were quite knowledgable, polite, and respectful. The first thing they asked if shoes off or shoe covers worked. Cleaned up. Will never mount a TV myself when it's this easy to schedule.

The geeks quad was very professional quick and knowledgeable about hanging my tv. I would recommend them to all my friends and will use them again.

The service just keeps getting better. Techs arrived and we discussed where to mount, how to mount and what I wanted. Took old tv down and hung new one perfectly, showed me all the new features and how to operate. Made sure I was completely satisfied and knew how to operate before moving on. Excellent Service! Geek Squad did a phenomenal job installing my Best Buy TV Mount to the wall in my home. The installers were incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional and did fantastic work. I could not have been more impressed with their work and my TV looks terrific now mounted on the wall thanks to Geek Squad!! Give these men a raise, promotion, bonus, extra vacation time and chocolate cake along with regular positive praise as they are fantastic ambassadors for Best Buy!!

Angelo was perfect with everything. Organized, professional, he explained everything in detail. Very nice person. I am very happy with all of the work he did. I will request him the next time if that is possible.

I think it’s a must have to mount the TVs by geek squad. Beats having some handyman doing it that may not do it as professional as the geek squad. Very happy with how it came out.

I cannot say enough positive things about my Geek Squad experience. Nick and Vern were so knowledgeable, professional, courteous, neat and went above and beyond to make sure my job was done correctly. They arrived very promptly to my home in the morning. One of the mounts I purchased from the store was too large for the job. Nick suggested a smaller option and, because they had time in their afternoon schedule, they brought the smaller one back to my home so that my job was totally completed in one day. I cannot thank them enough for the great service.

GEEK Squad did an outstanding job. They were quick and able to fix and install my TV on schedule. I was very impressed with their knowledge and efficiency.

Technicians really cared about the quality of their work. A nice change from the typical “get in, get out, get paid as fast as possible” that you see too often these days. Since it was such a large TV, they made sure to hit 3 studs when installing the wall mount bracket. I would use their service again!
