This is total stupid I said they installed the ZTV and hooked it all up the way it should have been done. Don’t need to say any more!!!!!!!

The geek squad were very helpful and did a great job putting together the tv and hanging it on the wall. They placed the tv exactly where I wanted it and it has a great view from every seat in the room. They were careful with the product and kept the area neat and tidy during and after their job.

The customer service we received was above and beyond anything we expected. They were so incredibly helpful and answered questions. It was our first time using Geek Squad and I would definitely use them again.

If you can get an appointment for install with actual Best Buy/Geek Squad employees, you'll be happy. The cost is high, but the employees do good work. If your appointment is scheduled with a 3rd party group....good luck getting them to show up. It took 3 tries and over a month to finally get Geek Squad employees to do the install.

Joe and teammate were excellent. have only had the chance to use about 10 days so hopefully the install is good and will last . would def recommend the geek squad those two installers

The ceek squad wad on time ad usual and then made quick work of unmounting the TV which had a dmall but visible defect near the top of the screen. Best Buy did this service at no cost qs the TV wad less than one week old.

The service the Geek Squad provides is amazing. I have requested their service on several occasions and they always come through for me.

The techs from Geek Squad installed this hardware, fir which we were grateful. It was first used for an older TV, then for a new set, so very happy for the adjustability. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I wish it would swing out just a rad further for easier access to HTML and other cables, etc when needed.

I had it installed by the Geek Squad and they were great. They set it up and explained all the features. The remote is solar which is a great improvement.

This is the third or fourth time I have had Geek Squad do work for me and every time they are great. They remember me and are very courteous. This time they called me a day ahead and asked if I wanted them to come a day early! Heck yeah, I was waiting on pins and needles for my new 75" TV!!

The agents were very personable and professional. Did the basic set up I requested and also offered suggestions to improve my set up. They were very timely and were good about keeping me updated on their ETA.

Agents mounted tv and devices were calibratedd. Felix gave insights as to the next product required for optimal experience.

The Geek Squad set up my new TV quickly and removed all packaging. Then they stayed to answer all of my questions and let me practice with the universal remote. I was very pleased with the experience.

I’m so glad I had Best Buy install my tv. I had the install it on a wall and hide the wires. Everything looks great and they even set my components up and made sure everything worked. They also made sure my remote was set up and could run everything. Very helpful and great job!

Efficient crew that came in on time and made sure the install was perfect. They made sure I was happy before leaving. I would definitely recommend using Best Buy for TV mounting versus some of the “cheaper” options out there because they are transparent and have no hidden fees.

Bought a 65 inch Samsung which was perfect for living room. Installaion was great, Quality people very efficient install process.

We purchased a 55" Sony television to replace our 2 year old 55" Visio that died on us. We are very pleased with our new Sony. The picture is very clear and bright. The Geek Squad set up and adjusted our new television.
