Great job - they made it all very easy. Contacted me to let me know the arrival time and were good about setting up everything.

Two gentlemen showed up to install one TV, one mount, and to move one TV. They were so sweet, and very helpful getting us all hooked up. The fellow that stayed on double checked everything, and made sure we were up and running... Love Best Buy!

The initial installation doesn't goes well BUT the Geeks came back out to make it right (which in my opinion they earned the respect) The cost of $250 is honestly high, shouldn't be more than $200. Would be 5 stars otherwise. :)

Took a while to get a reservation but TV install guy came in time worked efficiently and did a good job mounting on walk thanks! Better to have it done right, by geek squad, especially if you have warranty !

These guys did an excellent job. Not only were they quick and thorough, they cleaned up behind themselves and hauled away the trash. They spent all the time I needed to explain how the TV works, the remote and it’s Smart TV capability. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

Anyone buying a larger LED or OLED should pay for BB to deliver and set up. They are professional, correctly install, clean up and install looks like great. From this point forward, I will always pay BB to deliver and install. Thanks. g George Alexander

The Geek Squad team did a good job mounting my TV and connecting it properly, and they were professional throughout the process. However, I was disappointed that several tasks listed in the description of the "In-Home TV/Display Setup & Mounting" service were not completed. For the price of $249, I expected a more comprehensive service. While the basics were covered, I don't feel that the service provided was worth the cost.

Did great job mounting TV Wall Mount but HDMI cables I purchased were to short and Geak Squad was out of them on Truck was able to hook two cables together for temporary use but have not been able to come up with a time frame for both myself and Geek Squad to finish install

The geek squad is all i use. These guys are amazing, they will answer all your questions and will stay to make sure you understand the operate your device.

Very professional and the quality of work was outstanding

I used the Geek Squad to deliver and install my 84" Samsung a few years ago and they were great. When we moved earlier this month, I called the geek squad and was quoted a price to uninstall transport and install in the new house. When I got closer to moving, I called back to schedule everything. That is when everything changed. I was told I would need 2 service calls, and they would not transport the TV to the new house, even though I purchased the extended, in home warranty. My son and I completed the uninstall in under 10 minutes, included taking the brackets off the wall. I then had to do the transport myself, despite being told Geek Squad would do it on my first call. So all that remained was the install in the new house. They asked me where I wanted it, and instructed them to center it on the wall. When they were done, it was off center and crooked!! The geek squad never used a tape measure or level, but rather "eyeballed it." This is an 8K over $7,000 TV, and they eyeballed it...! I ended up hiring another contractor to fix the issue, and another to repair the wall from fixing the geek squads mistake, In short, love the TV, very disappointed in the service. I would never use them or recommend again.

I was so pleased with the connection and setup services provided by the agents. All was setup, connected and ready to go. They took the time to be sure i knew what I was doing to operate everything

Cannot say enough for two guys that came out. Friendly from get go. Patient and took time to explain to us tech dummies. Paid concern to every little detail. Very neat and courteous as well. I wish I would if had GS do work prior . I have only positive things to say

The geek squad installers were awesome! They called and moved our appointment up by 3 hours! They were fast and efficient and professional, great install!

The agents set up the TV for a family member and provided instructions for operating the TV using the remote control familiar to the user.

The Best Buy Geek Squad did a great job of installing TV Bracket ! They also programed My New 55" TV, and were very patient ,and answered all our questions. I will use the Geek Squad on My next project.
