The agents came in and expertly mounted ^ connected the new TV. showed us how to operate new remote.

This mount works great with my new 55" Samsung Q60A TV. I had the Geek squad install it and they did a super job. I am able to extend the mount 14" away from the wall and angle the TV so I can watch it from the kitchen.

The initial agent was outstanding, she knew exactly what needed to be done and she did a great job! Sorry I don’t have her name. I know that she is out of the Alliance Store. Great customer service!

Our Geek Squad agent installed the wall mount bracket with ease. I couldn't be more happier with my purchase and the professionalism he provided with the install.

My master bedroom was too crowded with a tv stand for the big tv I had. The geek squad guy was super helpful explaining why we had to change mounts because of the framing in the wall etc They were in an out, polite, clean and worth the money for the professional installation.

Genti and the crew did an outstanding job mounting my tv and setting up the remote. Took the time to measure so it was centered on the wall and even offered an option to cords running down the wall! Highly recommend.

Barrie was my installer and He did a great job. He has helped me before and has always been friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The mount works perfectly.

Henry and his team did an excellent job, especially Henry who schedule a follow up visit to trouble shoot a few sound bar issues.

The agents mounted my tv — they centered it on the wall and checked the height with me prior to the installation. Then they connected my devices and made sure I could start connecting to my Roku (to initiate my account). Great service, thank you! :)

The agents arrived earlier than scheduled. They promptly removed the existing TV (which was broken) and installed the new one. They ensured everything was working correctly and provided an overview on how the new TV worked.

They guys came and did it super quick and easy. Didn’t have to assist at all. Very friendly and didn’t make a mess and they had on booties for their shoes which is great because I have carpet. Lol
