This was exceptional. Truly spectacular. Andrew and Vince went above and beyond in terms of professionalism, explanation, speed, and friendliness. I bought this TV for my parents and they installed it for them, explaining very carefully and patiently to my 85-year-old parents how the remotes worked, etc. I know they must do these installations all the time, but they seemed not to forget that each installation needs to be done carefully and thoughtfully. There was not a single aspect that needed to be improved.

Great picture, Geek squad did an excellent job mounting on the wall! Made sure all equipment and connextions were set up.

Individuals were knowledgeable and focused. Answered questions and provided information as needed. Efficient in their tasks; completed set-up in a timely manner. Very pleased with the work done.

The Geek Squad agents replaced a standard flat wall mount that I had with a Sanus Elite tilt wall mount. Excellent service and install. Showed me the several different positions I could move my tv with ease. Set the tv up for me so that I had all the proper connections; HD cable, wifi, and channel updates. The service just keeps getting better. Techs arrived and we discussed where to mount, how to mount and what I wanted. Took old tv down and hung new one perfectly, showed me all the new features and how to operate. Made sure I was completely satisfied and knew how to operate before moving on. Excellent Service! Excellent service today we had Josh , last time we had Matt and Angel for installing and hanging our 55 inch TV . They were so thorough , efficient and extremely knowledgeable. When we bought the TV we thought the install price seemed a bit high, it after our experience it was worth the money. You are lucky to have such wonderful employees

Lucas Preis was AWESOME!!! He measured at least three times and with his years of installing televisions, mounted it perfectly because the frame televisions are not simple! He was knowledgeable, professional, and personal. Awesome guy who did an amazing job!!

Technicians really cared about the quality of their work. A nice change from the typical “get in, get out, get paid as fast as possible” that you see too often these days. Since it was such a large TV, they made sure to hit 3 studs when installing the wall mount bracket. I would use their service again!

Service was phenomenal and I have to give credit to the technician who installed and set up my 50' inch TV set. He was awesome!

The guys worked for a couple of hours trying to fasten the TV mount to the exterior wall which has 1/2 inch sheet rock then 2 inches of foam block and then 6 inches of concrete with another 2 inches of foam block plus stucco on the outside. The bolts they had brought were too short to grab the concrete so they to order longer bolts and come back about a week later to finish the installation. When they finished, the mount was level and exactly where it needed to be! Mission accomplished! Job well done!

The Geek Squad Team installed 3 TVs, a sound bar and a Sonos system with outdoor speakers. Their workmanship and knowledge of the systems was excellent. The installation was professional. The lead Tech Dave is highly recommended.

This was perfect. All I had to do was point especially for 85 inch TV replacement, and the two gentlemen that came was professional as can be. They need a job quickly swiftly they asked plenty of questions to satisfy the needs of my installation and everything went well.
