Geek Squad guys came out and set up the TV for me along with the mount. Did it perfect and even set up the wire covering for me for no extra cost. Very happy with the results.

The guys were extremely knowledgeable of the mounting process, installing and setting up the Tv and sound bar. They were also very nice and explained everything I needed to know.

The agents mounted our TVs and did a great job explaining the remote controls as well as sinking them to the other remotes and hooking up our sound system. These guys were great and we were happy to have their help.

The TV mounting service was great. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. I do have an issue with how my appointment was scheduled. I called and spoke with someone to schedule the appointment and the agent did NOT tell me there was an additional fee for mounting above the fireplace, which I discussed with her, and she did NOT tell me the mount I had purchased was not suitable. The whole thing cost me an additional $200 the day of. Not at all happy about that. If I'd known it was going to cost a total of $320 to simply mount two TVs, I would not have hired Best Buy. Again this is no reflection on the actual technician, he did a great job.

My famy came over to watch the game and what a night we had. The quality and clarity of my TV was so awesome. Everyone stayed to watch a movie. I love my new TV!!!!

I apologize for forgetting his name, but the Geek Squad employee who mounted our TV was fantastic! Super personable, professional, and quick. Probably took less than a 1/2 hour to get everything installed. Definitely worth the price.

Kayla and Caleb were awesome. They went above and beyond for me. They even moved my dresser to the position I had mentioned I wanted to place it! They were polite, helpful and willing to answer any questions I had!

The Geek Squad is the best there is, The guys are very professional and know there business. They wall mounted my new TV and installed all the add on's with minimal issues. This service is great and money well spent.

The service agent, Brian Rajczi and his assistant were excellent! Not only the installation, but also recommendations of best angles and sound balance and other issues that went beyond the basic installation.

Aaron Okeke and his associate, (sorry didn't get his name) were both so helpful. Explained my new tv and answered all my questions. Would very much recommend them.

The person who came was great but that was not the original appointment when there was a NO SHOW with no contact from Best Buy. Be sure to keep on top of your appointment and contact Best Buy right away.

Everything was set up and organized perfectly even with a few explanations on how to use my controller. This is so appreciated.

The agents mounted my smart t.v., ran all of the power cords through the inside of the wall and connected the t.v. to my internet to make sure all of the smart features were working. I would definitely use this service for my next mount and/or installation!
