Called when they left the store and let me know they were 30 minutes away. Took about 10-15 minutes to mount my tv.

Daniel and his helper from the Chula Vista store were so helpful and professional. Would shop at Best Buy again because their Geek Squad was so good.

Geek squad was down one person but he did an EXCELLENT job of putting 65" t.v. up on the wall. He explained how to use remote and he even took the very heavy older 55" t.v out to the garage for me.

the team members that came to mount the TV were very professional and focused. They asked questions for location and height and sound quality. fairly quick mounting be very thorough and complete.

The guy complained a lot about it being an above the fireplace mount and threatened to charge me more. The original mount was installed by Best Buy also. The guy wasn’t as familiar with it and got upset that he put the TV up wrong and had to redo it and that’s when he started saying he may charge me more money. This was a horrible experience. He asked me who setup the service and I told him the guy in the store that sold me the TV. He just made me feel uncomfortable. I don’t mind paying for quality work and if you had to charge me more then fine but you didn’t have to come in my home and be a Negative Nancy the entire time.

The Best Buy guys did a great job mounting my TV and setting it up for me.

The geek squad has a very good team very polite and kind I just wished that I can get all my components hooked up there has to be a way can I hook up my karaoke machine am i vcr,DVD, all together working please call if you can accommodate thank you.
