After the second cancelled appointment from Manada, the third party group Best Buy sometimes contracts to do installs, I had to go speak with the selling store's manager in order to prevent waiting yet another week to get our tv installed. Luckily for me, Brandon at the Best Buy on Research Blvd in Austin stepped in to get things back on track. He worked with the stores own Geek Squad crew to get us back on schedule and get the installation performed without having to wait yet another week. Brandon was the consummate professional. He listened, empathized and made it happen. I doubt I'll order online any more, I'll go to his store and order in person. Outstanding service! Alex and Greg were the Geek Squad techs that had to install our tv about 7' up on the wall. They were excellent and completed a perfect installation. My elderly dad supervised from his chair and noted they never hesitated and there were no wasted motions. These guys are pros and their work shows it. They even refused a tip! (Which they definitely earned!) While we had a bumpy start to our two tv installs, Brandon, Alex and Greg got the work done quickly, professionally and expertly. Thank you so much to these three employees for their excellence. We are now pretty loyal BB customers and you can thank these three!

The Geek Squad handle this task with ease pride to my home and exact precision! They even confirmed my thoughts that my room was built with imperfections but the TV was definitely a great choice for my family room!

65 inch TV mounted to a wall that needed various viewing angles. The two Best Buy women who showed up clearly knew exactly what to do. Each had their tasks and they accomplished them so incredibly well all the while staying engaged with me and getting my feedback. I've worked in the tech industry a long time and dealt with many installers on a variety of products. These two women were among the most efficient, professional and knowledgeable I've ever dealt with.

The guys from Geek Squad were FANTASTIC!!! They installed a new 85” TV with no mess or fuss and made sure everything was hooked up and working and I understood how to use it. BEST money you can spend - especially with a large TV.

The techs mounted a 65” tv on a stone wall in my pool house. The techs recommended a Best Buy TV mount to ensure the installation was secure. They did an excellent installation & had the TV working correctly before they left. Overall a good experience, I recommend the Gerk Squad.

They originally told me they were showing up around 12:00 PM, but they must have finished early on a previous job because they called at about 11:00 AM and said they'd be arriving in about 15 minutes. They were professional and went right to work. Asked me a few questions regarding how high I wanted it mounted and even made a suggestion I hadn't thought of. They were fast...much faster than if me and my wife tried to mount our TV. Originally I was skeptical about the price, but it really was worth it to not have the activation of trying to do it myself.

I'm really enjoying this large TV. Buying it, I knew I wasn't getting the top of the line TV but it is far from the bottom of the barrel. When I bought it the store rep told me that this TV was one notch above the lowest Samsung TV, which is a compliment. The picture is very clear and the interface is intuitive. I have no complaint about this TV. It also helps that I got it as a Black Friday purchase which knocked another $300 off. I'm happy.

They are worth every penny!!! Don't hesitate spending the money. They know what they are doing and can install the TV and give you various options that you would not consider. Also, we have a complicated in-home TV receiver connection system. These guys were able to connect the new TV and recheck the other TVs in the house so everything was running on DISH. Oftentimes, we've had problems with the DISH techies and they have had to return. GEEK squad is fabulous and if you have the Protection Plan, the cost is truly minimal.

The guys were pretty knowledgeable with my new Sony tv and sound bar system. They went right thru the set up and helped with picture set up. thank you guys

Bryce from Geek Squad is the man! I don’t remember his buddy’s name but they were both phenomenal. I felt I got excellent ROI out of the rather exorbitant Geek Squad fee. Ultimately those guys are just much better at electronics than I am, and I’m glad I hired them. They deserve a raise.

The agent called the day before to confirm, called when on the way as we had discussed, got here and hung up the TVs quickly and hid the wires as much as possible and suggested a wire cover that could be purchased to cover what did show. Both guys were efficient and knowledgeable and worked well together. Highly recommend these guys!!! However, requiring a title and a display name is irritating. I would have blown off the review but the guys deserved the positive feedback.

Service was phenomenal and I have to give credit to the technician who installed and set up my 50' inch TV set. He was awesome!

Mr Chris Davis is exceptionally and knowledgeable technician that Geek Squad should be proud off. He is kind and very professional in every details of his job. Meticulously mounted my 75 Inches LG to perfectionist. Recommended a LG sound bar to further sounds quality performances. I bought and he connected it.

The Geek Squad has installed my new television and did a Great Job! The put the new tv mount on the wall, attached the tv, set up all of my remotes, went over everything and then took away all boxes and trash. I really truly appreciate all of their help! I would recommend them to my friends and family and definitely use them again and again!

I called the geek squad to install a new SmartBoard in my home. It is basically like installing a TV. They were super helpful and recommended the right mount for it and the tech that came out was easily able to install it. Extremely happy with geek squad :-) they were also able to install it very quickly too - both on the day of the install and the date on the calendar.

The agent did an excellent job of replacing my variable motion TV rack with a fixed rack. He placed all wires in the wall and fixed a potential safety issue with an earlier install by some other company. He was proffessional, answer all my questions and respected my property. Excellent job!
