I had my Geek Squad men cut holes in the back of my chest and holes in the walls to TOTALLY hide all wires and boxes. They used remote controls that can go through the wood fronts to chest drawers. I am a minimalist so I love the clean look!

Have done 4 TVs this size or larger as well as over fireplace and techs were fabulous and concerned about constant quality! Guest subcontractors couldn't do it!!

This was my first time doing this and it could've have been better! The guys came on time and didn't take long for them to mount the TV to my wall and show me how the remote works. They were very reliable and worth the money.

Install security cameras and floodlights with router. ONLY COMPLAINT FLOODLIGHTS DO NOT COME ON. I DON'T WANT MOTION. WHAT'S THE PROBLEM.

After requesting another installer to come out to install my TV mount, everything was great. The young lady that they sent out didn't know what she was doing and did not want to install my TV mount.

The technician called about 15 minutes before to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and explained everything he was doing. Before he mounted my tv, he made sure he had the mount exactly where I wanted it. He was fast, meticulous, and courteous!

Guys came mounted tv and and set up everything so it was ready to go.

They were very professional on time and answered all of my questions anything they moved they put back in cleaned up very well after themselves a really great benefit of Best Buy total tech membership

The TV is great and the Geek Squad supposedly set it all up : BUT IT doesn’t go directly to turn it on with the cable remote. I have to after turning on with Cable remote I must tgen use the LG remote to get to the cable HDMI SETTINGS.

Bestbuy guys installed my 83” LG tv to the wall, set up, cleaned up any debris and removed the box. We’re very professional and friendly.
