It is a nice ty. Different from my old one. Picture is difficult than my old one.

Service was great. The two geek squad members did their job well and were very personable.

We decided to let the Geek Squad hang our 75" TV on the wall and connect it to our new receiver that connected to our existing surround sound speakers. They left us with the experience we wanted- press the on button, select my viewing source and turn it up.

The installer was awesome. Reinstalled the tv bracket because he was not happy with previous install several years ago

The squad installed my tv , set up the remotes, explained how everything worked and made sure I was comfortable with it.

The team came in unbox my new 85" - 4K TV, mounted it on the wall and hook up on my theater audio and Apple 4K TV / home kit devices. They remove the old TV for recycling and took all the boxes with them. A good value for my time and money.

The agent was super helpful and mounted the tv really quick. Really great service and will be going with them in the future. Highly recommend!

The salesman said all cords would be hidden in the wall and the geek squad would tape our power strip to the cabinet back- nice and neat with everything off the floor and hidden in the wall. However, the geek squak guys would have charged an extra 150.00 to put the power cord through the wall and they didnt know anything about taping/mounting the power strip to our cabinet. Yes they mounted the TV but we were left with pile of messy cords down the wall and on the floor. Seems like a gimmick to upcharge you once the geek squad arrives.

Make sure you get the Geek Squad package. These guys are the technical Guru's of Best Buy. Best Buy has nothing but solid technicians, in the store and on the road.

Hugo was our installer, and he did a stellar job. Set up the remote for DirecTV and showed us how to use everything.

The guys were great.. removed older 82” TV and installed new 85” TV. Reviewed and explained how to use and operate it as well as the solar remote. They were quick and cleaned up upon departure

Geek squad was very professional and polite. Would recommend for all installation needs.

The Geeks installed two 75" inch smart TV's with sound bars and woofers. The did a fine job and highly recommend both BB and Geek Squad.

The technician set up the TV in the available space and then patiently set up all of the streaming services.

Great installation crew. Very competent. They advised that our current mount was adequate so we were able to return the one we purchased just in case.

Anthony mounted the tv. He was very knowledgeable, precise and creative in his efforts. I would have him into my home any time to work on any of our technical equipment.

The Geek team were able to mount my TV with the tilt wall mount without any effort. Made it seem easy! Two agents worked together to provide the service I needed. They were familiar with issues encountered during the mounting and advised accordingly.
