The two guys sent to install my TV did a great job. It was a difficult installation between the sheer size of the TV (75") and location (over a fireplace), but they got it done without a hitch. They also boxed my wires to make it a clean look.

Bryson went above and beyond his call of duty. There were some items that didn’t get delivered, but he personally made sure that he pick them up and install them.

The first Best Buy squad was not good did not set up expensive tv or wall mount correct terrible next team knew what they were doing

The guys were great BUT the tv is no longer running through the speakers. We need to set up time to have them return.

Excellent picture for the price but the TV had a lot of quirks. Picture would occasionally cut out for no reason, especially playing blurays, and it sometimes simply wouldn't recognize my sound bar unless I manually turned bar off and back on. Recently upgraded to LG OLED. Not a great first experience with TCL.

Had a little scheduling snafu with a misinterpreted email, but once everything was cleared up things went smooth as can be. Geek Squad guys Sherrie’ showed up on time and got my new TV mounted and the old TV hauled out in short order. Glad I paid for this service!

Geek Squad made sure everything was to my liking! They let me know what options I had as for as the placement of my tv! Made sure everything was connected and worked to my satisfaction before they left my home! Greatly appreciated!!!

The agents did install the TV and re-connect the cables properly. The TV is shown in the store flat against the wall and that is one of the reasons we purchased it. After the installation, the TV was out from the wall and it was explained to me that we needed a recessed outlet in order to get it closer. It was also explained that I would need an electrician. I think it would have been best if the Geek Squad could have been able to provide the recessed outlet; or minimally, if I had been told before the appointment that I needed a recessed outlet.

I appreciate when Geek Squad actually shows up and not third party vendors. I wish there was a way to "verify" who is coming as well as if they can do the work or not. I have had times when they show up and say they are unable to complete.

Geek squad did a great job setting everything up. Had this done in my North Carolina home and they were great! Best buy in Garner I dealt with Olivia she was absolutely amazing, the greatest customer service I have ever experienced ! Thank you Olivia!!!

Had a new TV delivered and wanted to have them install the TV, hide the wires and make all the connections. The crew came in, I identified the location, they stated it could not go in that spot because the bracket that I bought would not support the wider studs in the wall. I had to show them how the bracket was adjustable. They successfully mounted in the correct location. Turned the TV on and showed me how to work the remote. I ended up entering the WiFi information so they could make the additional connections to peripheral devices. They explained that my WiFi needed to be upgraded as well as my cable box so I would not be able to use some of the Smart TV features until that was done. They said that I would not be able to stream unless these upgrades were done. They also stated that they would not bury the wires in the wall due to the TV being on an exterior wall in a buried basement. I told them I would upgrade later and went back to work (I work from home). They came upstairs, said they were done and off they went. I went downstairs to find they did not connect any of the Smart TV features, additional wireless accessories, and peripherals. In addition, they did not dispose of the packaging materials prior to leaving. I called Bestbuy to complain and was told to contact Geek Squad directly. After trying multiple times to talk to someone, I finally reached a manager who offered to have another crew come out in 3 days to make all the connections and dispose of the packaging materials. I explained I had already made the connections and my WiFi was strong enough to stream without any buffering, and I had already disposed of everything. He ultimately refunded the cost difference between a normal TV install and the Premium TV Mounting. This made the experience more tolerable, otherwise I would have given no stars. If you are going to use them for this service, watch them closely and be sure you read everything that is supposed to be done, then hold them accountable.

The mount was for a stone fireplace. Love extending the TV and the range of motion to be able to view while cooking, etc.

Although they had incomplete information on the first trip out, they did what they could and were back the next day to complete the installation and the suggested placement looks great.
