Television was mounted by agents who knew what they were doing and explained the operation of the tv....the removes (tv and cable) are a little confusing since it seems to require both of them to operate the tv. I'll figure it out someday.

Had them mount and set up our new 75" LG TV. They were great! Arrived on time, actually got me in without having to wait for days. They were very professkional, explained everything to me and had the tv working in 15 minutes. I highly recommend using them.

Tech squad hung my new 85” TV. Got my YouTubeTV and Amazon prime apps up and running. Made all connections to my AV receiver and even secured existing speaker wire. Now I’m ready for football season!

Installed the tv professionally. Just like I asked.

Very pleased with my tv mount it can turn to the left/right and tilts forward. When the geek squad mounted the tv they explained how the tv, mount, and the sound bar worked. The only the I wished the would include something to cover the wires or a way to hide them in the wall.

The agents took their time and mounted our bedroom Samsung TV and set it up. Then in our Great Room they were exceptional in getting all the cords hidden, all devices hooked up, and the TV running.

They were on time ++++ discussed options for mounting our new 75" Samsung TV Very professional mounting came out perfect Geek Squad technicians spent time to show us how to use our new tv and our Comcast / Wfinity TV system

The individual that came out and installed was great. Even though he was short handed I helped him unload the TV and take it out of the box. He was very professional and had the items that was needed with him to connect my other devices to the TV

I could have accompolished this install myself but didn't feel like doing it. Besides, if anything went wrong, Best Buy would be responsible not me. Worked out great and glad I went with this service.

The agents mounted our TV as per our direction for placement. They were polite and professional. They reviewed instructions on using the remote control and before they left made sure we had no further questions.

The technicians used the existing mount and sound bar. They did an excellent and clean job. It was recommended that I get a new Verizon remote to use just one remote and I did that.

The agents weren’t able to program our Harmony Universal Remote Control (also purchased from Best Buy within the last two years), so it consistently works with the Sony TV.

We are so glad that we had the Geek Squad come out and install our TV's and hook everything up. They were extremely helpful and did it in far less time than it would have taken us.

They came, put booties on so not to dirty the place. Came with all need equipment and in about 45 minutes they were done. Cleaned up what little mess there was and were very cordial

The unit mount looks great, and functionality is great with all the viewing options. The Geek squad was great!

The team showed up promptly, and they did their job efficiently and professionally. Great attitudes, and very helpful with all the setup. They were there and gone much quicker than expected, but with all connections made and questions answered.

Hands down best experience. The gentleman that installed our tv were very kind, answered any questions I had along with helping me out with another tv. If I need another tv installed I will definitely be using Geek Squad again.
