Great service starts to finish... TV Mount install for a 77" LG OLED beauty! Tech's arrived early and finished fast. They were very friendly and explain everything about the installation and mount.

Geek squad did a great job of installing and setting up my new tv. They took the time to make sure I knew how to operate it and that it was functioning normally.

The techs mounted the TV exactly where I wanted it. They also set up the TV so that I had nothing to do but enjoy it.

The installer was great. But Best Buy could have told me that I x could have only paid $99 for a years worth of Geek Squad assistance, rather than charge me $250 to mount a tv that didn’t even require the existing mount to be replaced. Also, no one contacted me about a partial payment issue. I had to call to find out why the technician hadn’t showed up at the scheduled time. Then I had to wait 3 more days for someone to come out. Shocked. Previously received excellent service.

It was a pleasure to have best buy Geek squad to mount my TV and they set it up very quickly l was very pleased

the agents has done a great job installing and mounting my 70in TV. They did everything great and was finished in less than 45 mins. But my big problem was that they mounted my TV and all, even left the screws for the legs, but they didn’t leave the TV stand/legs. I know its a small thing but I paid for everything inside that big TV box. Called the 800 number for Geel squad and they promised they going to call back in 2 days but never did. Even went to their Hub in Colma and spoke to their manager and said he’ll talk to the agents involved. Well I need that stand, in case we decided to move. Big SMH!

I had 2 Wilmington Geek Squad members mount my 75" TV in August and they were fantastic. So professional, so well-trained, very skilled, and they truly went above and beyond in the service. I will definitely use Geek Squad again, well-worth every penny.
