Rodger and his apprentice were very professional, quick and accommodating to my tv placement. Most of all they were friendly and kind. I couldn’t be happier with my installation

They came in asked where I wanted it. Measured. Placed. Took the garbage with them and it all looked great in a short amount of time. Best money spent.

Brandon did a great job but Taylor was focused on charging me more for the installation. Also, the tv was mounted well but the conceal strip was not installed properly and lacks quality standards. Also, the old mount and stand was removed but they lost the screws to the old mount so I can never use them again as they were custom screws. Adam (audio rep) in the Okemos, MI, store is rude, intimidating, and downright disrespectful. Adam insulted my friend in front of other customers and employees because my friend did not agree with him on his audio pick, and then informed me that I could complain to corporate but they will not listen...he was right about that.

Geek squad did a wonderful job, they were on time and answered our many questions, The Tv looks wonderful and the cords look neat... much better than the cord mess we had with our old tv.. thanks geek squad

The installer was 5 Stars! Very knowledgeable, found the perfect place to hang TV on the wall for sturdiness and safety. Very courteous and cleaned every spec of paper, plastic and foam casing.

Geek squad came on time, which is always important with such a large window of time. They gave me a 30 minute heads up and followed through. Very professional gentleman and made sure we were satisfied with the mount height prior to drilling.

The geek sqaud (Zach from my local store) did a great job to install a mounting kit for my 32" bedroom TV. They also delivered and set up my main big screen TV and did a fantastic job with all the set up features. Thank you !

Geek squad came in the time that was quoted, they set up a barrier to keep everyone safe, were Very professional man on my TV and hooked up all of the extensions, and showed me how to use all the Functions of the television

These guys are so proficient. I will give up a lot but the geek squad and total tech service I s no one of them. Love my new frame TV.
