The agents connections were great!!!.. tv showed well but not as vivid as in the store so I wss a little disappointed and exchanged it

Quick installation and showed me a better way to use the control. Very knowledgeable and interesting installer.

Geek Squad handled the installation of the wall mount, which fits perfectly and uses 100% of the space available for the TV. Mount is solid and stable, and puts the TV screen exactly where it needs to be for full coverage for everyone in our living room.

After watching the "GeekSquad" install my TV, I would definitely not tried it myself. Great Job to your team!

The guys installation was great. It was the follow up that truly sucked. Two of the 3 tvs installed did not get finished setting up. Remotes did not communicate with tv. I called 3x to get them out to help me or at least RETURN A CALL to step me through it. I dont have internet yet. So through the grace of metro and my phone being a hot spot, I hooked up tvs to internet and completed the installation MYSELF. Im paying $200 a year for what? When your GEEK SQUAD fails to return calls or live up to the contractual agreement I hink I should get my money back or next years FREE if there is a next year. CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTS BEST BUY

The agent wasn't able to mount my TV but that's cause I got the wrong mount. After leaving the TV in its stand for a while I think it works well unmounted so didn't pursue getting it mounted after the. Staff was friendly and knowledge and I appreciated them trying to make my situation work.

The geek squad guys showed up and really saved the day. They mounted my new big screen and it looks perfect. It feels good to know they did things the right way and I don't have to worry.

I didn't get the Geek squad. The direct TV guy came and he knew nothing about setting up the TV, so I had to call Samsung. We were told the geek squad would be there and would also be able to help us set up our tv.

As a Bestbuy customer I am very disturbed of how my entire Bracket installment went. I cant call the store directly and the TV is about to fall off of my wall NOW

The two agents professionally mounted and attached the 85" tv and sound bar. Asked where we wanted, height from floor and so forth. Cleaned up and took packaging materials.

The BB Geeks mounter 43" tv in bedroom and fished wires behind wall. Looks great and white swivel mount is awesome. Totally worth $$ for TotalTech. Just do it!!

The Geek Squad showed up on time, put the new TV stand together, mounted and set up the TV, and were gone. They did a great job. I don't use anyone else for my technical needs than the Geek Squad.
