The Geek squad agents really helped me out. Explained everything and hooked up my TV remote so I only use one!!!

Very nice TV for senior investing in her first smart TV. Only down side is the remote is not very user friendly, again for first time smart TV user. Glare from windows does effect quality of picture.

First installer did not get the install correct on LG G2, way too far from the wall, and also the Denon 2700 died on final hook up. The second installer, Mike, got it correct.

We were replacing a 65" tv that I had mounted myself with no issues, but I didn't feel confident in manhandling a 75" model alone. Geek squad (Rick and Ben I believe) did a flawless job. They were on time, competent, and knowledgeable. Worth every penny!

Smart tv was installed quick and perfect as requested. They showed up on time and were very polite.

Having some problems with tv that was moved upstairs. Sometimes when we cut it on, no picture, sound yes picture no. We have to unplug the cord then plug it back and the picture will come on. This never happened before. Only happened after they moved it and connected it.

The squad came in and did their thing. The young lady was very knowledgeable about where to place the tv and the young man was very proficient with how he handled the tv. I am happy with my purchase.

Best Buy did a great job mounting our 65" TV. Employees were courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Had the Geek Squad mount a new 50 inch Sharp. Wanted the wires in the wall. They made it work with the hdmi cords I had available. Once the tv was mounted they took the time to go through the features including the built in Roku. Made it easy!

I signed up for the one year Geek Squad service and I am 100% HAPPY, I HAVE HAD 3 GEEK SQUAD PEOPLE AT MY HOUSE AND THEY ARE EFFICIENT, PROFESSIONAL AND ANSWERED ALL OF MY SOMETIMES SILLY QUESTIONS I will be having them again very soon
