The Geek Squad were very efficient, mounted my TV in a professional manner and explained to me my new Smart TV. Took away the debris and cleaned up the mess from drilling holes in my wall. Impressive. Thanks

These guys were awesome. This is the 2nd team I've worked with (in two different states) and I've been happy both times. They went above and beyond and were very helpful and respectful.

Geeks were on time and knew exactly how to set my new Samsung TV up on the wall bracket as well as programming the Smart features. They also my old TV upstairs so I could donate it to charity.

I already received review request. The person who installed was excellent in all areas including super knowledge. The salesman told me I would get 180 degree turn and not true. However, I’m making it work.

They handled a challenging mounting job pretty well.

We were very impressed with the Geek Squad and how through of a job that they did. They mounted our television so there were no wires showing and they did a great job of cleaning up after the project.

Excellent Mount. Easy to use and install for the geek squad. They did and awesome job and answered all questions we had.

This installation was necessitated by my first new tv only lasting 6 days before malfunctioning. We waited 11 days for installation of the replacement tv. The guys on this 2nd installation were not quite as thorough in explaining & setting up the tv. Had Geek Squad follow up on 8/28 to make some adjustments.

My installer who came to my home was awesome very nice and courteous! He was very informative and explained everything he was doing. He was on time and even Cleaned after the installation was done.

We hired Geek Squad to install our new tv. They were prompt and super nice. They talked us through using the new tv and recommended additional items to maximize our tv viewing experience.

The entire TV install went perfect, from the mount itself to the actual TV. I thought of another store, but I’m glad I went to Best Buy. The installers were very respectful and very clean.

Used Geek Premium mounting service to replace wall mounted tv with new larger Samsung . Was not able to be there and wife was the go to person for the service. Not bad results but I had to personally do some wiring tweaking so that it looked "cleaner" and add a flat multi plug connector for the blue ray, cable box, etc

We recently. moved to a new house and we wanted two TV's mounted on the wall (46 and 65 inch). The Geek Squad came in put up both brackets and mounted the TV's in less time then it would have taken me to get everything out of the boxes.

Excellent, courteous service. They took the time to explain how the equipment worked.
