Excellent service! I love the work that was done...so easy and it looks great. Could not be more pleased with the workman that came here and was so considerate of my home and everything in it. He was a delight and so professional it took him only about 1/2 hour to complete the entire job...vacuuming and everything! Having the TV off the floor makes such a difference and adds so much room to my mobile home living room...don't know why I waited so long to have this done.

This was actually the second time these service guys did installation work at my house. They took down a disfunctional TV in my bedroom and installed a new one. They also provided this same service on my old TV in the family room. I am 69 years old and really needed someone to do this for me. I must say they did an exceptional job. They also installed an indoor antenna to the TV. They did all the updates, the channel searches, and tuned my TV for the best picture. They answered any questions I had and instructed me on aspects of the TV I wasn't sure of. I couldn't have asked for more!

The mount is great as was the Geek Squad team who mounted it! Is has full swivel so the tv can be seen from the living room or the kitchen. It also moves forward and back for closer viewing. The team installed it quickly while mounting my tv. Great job all around!

The techs were excellent. I had purchased a new mount for the new TV, but they saw that I could use the old one. They offered to return the new one and have my money returned. They had no trouble installing and setting up my TV. They made sure it worked and made sure I understood how to operate it. They were efficient and competent.

The team sent to wall mount the tv were fantastic! Shipping delay for the mount was an unfortunate occurrence since I purchased the TV, the mount and the install all at the same time. The TV arrived with the installers, but for some reason the mount was shipped via FedEx. The installers arrived on time and were ready to go, but still no mount. After 30 mins, I felt horrible for the installers because it was not their fault and I was about to have to reschedule but luckily the mount arrived. They knocked the install out super quickly and were extremely friendly and understanding!

The Geek Squad was great and well worth the $99 special that was part of my tv purchase special. They mounted my tv, ran the wires thru the wall, ( with purchase of some add-ones, wire kit and mount). They were there for a few hours, answered all my questions, went over everything about the tv and didn’t leave until done. These large tv’s with mini led’s are heavy and would be a challenge for most to hang. I recommend the install to eliminate damaging an expensive tv like an 85” mini led. Great investment.

Best Buy installers did an awesome job installing our home office tv. They were professional, hung tv as directed, and made sure work area was clean after install. We are very happy with the results.

It is beyond our years to set up new electronic equipment. The installer did a great job and a very neat job. He also explained how to use the TV clearly and exhibited no rush to be out the door even though we were his last customer. It is so different than the old TV with many more features that it is an adventure to learn but we're getting there.

I had Geek Squad out to mount an existing TV on an existing bracket (Left behind by the previous owners) and am super glad I did. The team showed me what it would look like with my TV and correctly assessed that it would be way too high up in its current position. They moved the bracket mounted the TV and cleaned everything up perfectly. Honestly this may be the best 250 I've ever spent at Best Buy.

I purchased a TV, Soundbar and TV mount from Best Buy along with a coordinating Soundbar mount purchased from Amazon (Best Buy only had one Soundbar mount and it was Rocketfish I believe) and had Geek Squad come and mount everything. There were 3 techs that came inside to get the job done fast and efficiently! They made sure that the Soundbar mount that I purchased from Amazon would work with the Soundbar and the TV mount from Best Buy. Thankfully I did my research and it was easy to find because the Sanus Soundbar mount was universal to Sanus TV mounts so everything was confirmed correct. Everything was done in about two hours I believe and looks great!! All 3 techs were friendly and knowledgeable about the products and the installation. I also had a choice if I wanted to run the cords (only the HDMI cords not the power TV cord or the power Soundbar cord - that is a certified electrician’s job only) through the wall or leave them all hanging down where I can later put a casing on the wall to hide them. I knew I was going to expect great service from Best Buy, as always, but I was extremely satisfied with the whole package! I will definitely have Geek Squad come back with any other service I need in the future!! I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown by the installers. They knew immediately how to install the TV, checked the other side of the wall for any obstructions and carefully drilled pilot holes to make sure the holes were placed properly. What a great job and excellent experience.

These guys were great! They were very careful of our new hardwood floor, wearing protection over their shoes and setting pieces of the equipment on cardboard from the package. They also did all the setup even programming our cable control to work with the tv and sound bar. They also moved our old tv to the bedroom and did that entire setup. Their familiarity with all the equipment meant they did all the work very efficiently and in the minimum of time. All the while answering our questions and explaining as they worked. So happy with our new tv and sound bar!

I recently purchased a large flat screen tv along with a wall mount. I arranged to have geek squad do the delivery and install for me. The showed up in a timely manner on time and delivered the tv and the mount. And the guys were very courteous and they in stalled the mount where I wanted it and installed the tv onto the mount. I tested it and it was installed perfectly and it didn’t take much time. They also helped me scan for the local channels and to hookup my cable. I am very happy with this service!! ( :

The "Geeks" that showed up were very chill, patience, and very informative when it came to my questions. Professionalism was top notch. Installation was quick and clean up was great (which is important in my book), they made sure no debris was left behind. Best Buy has a great team within the Geek Squad.

Two technicians showed up to my home for wall mounting. They were very courteous and professional. After installation they advised me on how I should handle the tv when moving the wall mount. After installation I noticed that the wall mount didn’t move as easily as I thought and they even suggested another wall mount that Best Buy offers that would have a little more flexibility.

Excellent! Installation of large wall mount tv at office in high-rise building. Surprisingly easy to obtain certificate of insurance as required by Landlord. On time, efficient and they hooked everything up perfectly. Would use again for residence or business with no hesitation.

The 2 guys that came to set up mount and tv were excellent. They were very pleaseant and knowledgeable. They were very quick. Before leaving they made sure we were satisfied with everything. They were the Best!!
