I was very appreciative of the text messages keeping me updated with the service time and arrival of the team. Their manner was professional. I was very pleased with both the quality of their work and how quickly they completed the task.

The installers were professional, went above and beyond with the install. They explained everything to me giving opitions, I didn't some of the hardware but the techs did, making the install smoother.

The installation tech was on time, courteous, and knowledgeable about the TV I purchased and gave me a tutorial of its features. He mounted a new bracket and even hid the wires above my faux fireplace. This service was definitely worth the money!

The Geek Squad was really good. They helped us as much as possible since we are new to streaming. There was a couple that were outstanding who really cared and wanted to teach us about the streaming.

Worth every penny !! At first was hesitant but I absolutely love this tv. It looks so nice in my living room and is mounted above my fireplace, so with the art display futures, it’s just cool.

Bree Floyd who did the install was incredible. Friendly, fast, funny, informative. I hope to get her anytime I have someone come to the house to do any install.
