They installed my new tv and went above and beyond to make sure everything was working properly

Excelent service. Took about a half hour to mount 85 inch TV and soundbar. Worth evwry penny.

The agents were really nice and did an amazing job at installing the mount and the TV. They patiently answered all my questions and was pleased to get this kind of service.

The "geek" went out of his way to do what was needed removing a tv that was a difficult procedure.

Fantastic job by the Geek Squad installing my soundbar and mounting it along with TV. It was especially tricky due to the DirectTV connection. They did an amazing job. Timely, courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. I would hire them again!

The geek squad came and installed my Tv on a wall. They were too quick and failed to ask how we wanted the hookup inside the wall. As a result, we have bundled wires impeding our ability to put furniture below the TV. A little morvtome explainingbwhat they were going to do would have greatly improved the experience.
