Everything was installed, set and connected to W-Fi fast with a very high level of professionalism.

Several factors conspired to make this an extended project with 3 separate home visits. Keating, the store manager, worked with me to make it right and his help made the project more than satisfactory.

The Geek squad guys did an excellent job, and went far and beyond to make sure we were happy with the installation.

What more could I say that hasn't already been said about this team of highly trained professionals? Big kudos to Timothy Bell and his assistant for a speedy, courteous, personable installation of my new Samsung 55" 4K television and Samsung sound bar.

Very professional and didnt leave a mess. A little pricey. I think they shouldn't charge $199. A little on the expensive side in my opinion. I have no problem with the service. My issue is the installation price over $200.

Also offered to do the second TV instead of coming back for a different appointment day; combined two different installations to one day for both, which I did not know was doable, and it was much appreciated!

The Geek Squad group does very good work and are friendly. Always willing to give you a helping hand with the new product they installed. They have installed 5 tv mounts to date in our new home

The agents removed the faulty new TV and install the new one. Made adjustments to the TV regarding the light levels and sound. I just wish that the second TV worked. Waiting for the third one to show up.
