Excellent installation- meticulously done. Highly recommend.

I was skeptical about the Fire TV operating system. Previously, I was with to the Roku operating system. But I am pleasantly surprised by this television on the whole. The sound is amazing and I do not anticipate buying a sound bar. The fire TV operating system is so simple and does not require me to re-sign into all of my streaming apps. It simply takes me there when I ask it to. The geek squad representative, who installed my TV for me also installed the app on my phone. This was some thing I usually do myself because I am a quadriplegic and require the use of the app to control the TV. But it turned out to be so technical in nature, and the Geek Squad representative was so incredibly patient , and willing to help me until she was satisfied with the result. I have never been happier with a Purchase of an electronic item from Best Buy. And I recommend this product and the Geek Squad coverage to everyone.

We originally purchased the TV & sound bar at Best Buy & had Geek Squad set it up. Well about 8 months later we moved to another home. We hired Geek Squad to set up the TV & sound bar in our new home. The were very professional and had it all set up in a timely manner.

Best service I’ve had ANYWHERE! The technician called the day before the appointment to advise how the appointment will go and took the time to ask the right questions to confirm I had correct equipment. Which I did not and he was able to bring correct equipment. On the day of, the technician (Diego) arrived with his mask and booties. He was very professional, worked efficiently, and very clean!! No mess what so ever.

The man from the geek squad his name is IAN came to our home and installed the bracket that holds up the flat screen ,he also put our flat screen up hooked up all the wires showed us how everything worked.he was very professional and friendly.

It isn't easy to put into words the complex situation Steve from the Geek Squad found himself. I purchased a TV from Amazon and contacted Best Buy to have their Geek Squad come out to install it. I thought I'd ordered a larger TV to replace the one I already had. But, OOPS, I ordered the same size. The next day, Steve went to the Best Buy warehouse and brought out a larger TV for me. The service call from the previous day was $250 and I asked if there was some way to apply that amount to the second call. I should add here that I'm 83 and live on Social Security, making money a bit tight. He cleared that for me, installed a 60" TV for me and took the 2nd TV back to Best Buy. Now, here's the above and beyond: since poor vision keeps me from driving (and I have no car), I couldn’t return the Amazon purchase. Guess what? Steve did it for me. So if someone is up There, keeping track of good deeds, I know they are writing on the Plus Side for Steve. PS I tried to upload a photo numerous times, but it failed Sorry, the upload failed

The agents did a great job with installing my 75" TV. They worked quickly and efficiently. Super friendly and professional! They explained how the TV worked and answered all questions I had. I would highly recommend them to anyone especially since one of the agents went through a special situation with a horse roaming the street and handled it very well! They were a great crew and I appreciated their service. Definitely dedicated to their work and very knowledgeable!

My new Samsung TV has a beautiful picture and wonderful sound. I am very happy that Geek Squad delivered the TV and put it on my wall. Geek Squad also made all the necessary adjustments to the TV so it works perfectly.

The Geek Squad techs that installed our TV were great and set up everything including the wall mounts. They were on time and very polite and pleasant and came exactly when the were scheduled. Some third-party group names CR Home Solutions were originally scheduled on July 18, but never showed up. Then scheduled for July 26 and again never showed up. I drove down toBest Buy in Auguata to complain and they said they had NO CONTROL of the Third Party, These people never called to say they weren't coming as scheduled. They just sent emails with NEW APPOINTMENTs Scheduled. Finally the Geek Squad was scheduled to come do the job after numerous complaints about CR Home Solutions lack of professionalism. The geek squad came as scheduled on August 4 just as scheduled after waiting almost a month to get the TV. Please don't ever assign CR Home Solutions to handle anything at our home again!!

I had to mount a 65 inch on a wall in my home and was very pleased with the serviced - 2 geek squad technicians came to my home, and before they entered they placed hygienic socks over their shoes - I truly appreciate BestBuy's commitment to hygiene and cleanliness as they enter your home. The 2 technicians were incredibly professional - recommended the ideal placement on the wall for my TV. Enthusiastically endorse this service if you need a TV mounted!

Have not had an installation with such professionalism. Installation was quick. Technician explained why the tv was not going to be mounted where we originally wanted. And locations that he recommended was better than what we wanted.

I have experience mounting TV's (24" to 55") but when it came to the new 75" we bought, I took no chances. The gentlemen that came were so professional. They took time to find studs and measure extensively. They left the site looking better than they found it. Very impressed with their work.

I used my TotalTech to install a large OLED TV on my great room wall, Sono’s sound system, and Xbox X, re-install my Fire Stick, entered by subscriptions, configured, synchronized all my systems and I could not be happier with the service. Totaltech and the Geek Squad team members are worth every penny. They took their time, listened to what we wanted, offered meaningful suggestions, and pointed out equipment I bought that I did not need. Managed the returns and optional extras for me, so I did not have to go back to the Marks Street store, which is across town and a hassle with traffic. They respected the property, cleaned up after, took everything away including the old set, and gave me a direct number to call if I had any questions and issues post installation. I would recommend Totaltech, Geek Squad to anyone, good plan, and great technicians, and I am one that does not like or go for plans, a waste of money, Totaltech, Geek Squad is more than worth it.

The Geek Squad members were very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing. They installed the mount and tv very quickly. They connected all the devices to my tv and also programmed the remotes. They gave me a tutorial on how to use the remote and all the features. They were very careful with the installation and did not leave a mess.

We purchased these units for work for group reviews for spreadsheets, power points, Teams meetings, and to review construction drawings. The Best Buy rep coached us towards a very economical solution with the right economical wall mounts. Geek Squad installed professionally and timely. I would highly recommend these units.
