Excellent work mounting my TV - explained everything, very polite - would certainly use them again.

They did exactly what I wanted them to do. I wanted to make sure the tv was centered on my wall, and everything was connected properly. When the TV was not perfectly centered they took the TV off the wall and moved everything to ensure it was correct.

The agents came and got everything hooked up and made some good recommendations on other things.

I have no problems with any of the people who disconnected or reconnected my TV. They get 5 stars. Best Buy should not even get 1 star for both the cost and the lack of service provided. The fact that I spent around $5000.00 for this set-up and you would not even transport it to my new residence is outrageous. I had to pay a moving co. over $800.00 to move it along with a few other items. It cost me around $600.00 to $700.00 for you to disconnect and reconnect the system. Good thing I like the TV or I would have returned it. I think Best Buy needs to look at your policies regarding transporting TVs and the cost of the other services involved.

The entire process from making the appointment, reminders calls, and to the installation all ran smoothly. Both employees that came to my house were very professional and took the time to explain how the tv worked.

This is the perfect wall mount, allowing considerable adjustment out, in and side to side for a large TV. Reasonable price and had Geek Squad install.

Installers solved the problem. Our blu-ray-surround sound can not be properly paired with the remote to turn it all on with one control. The installers found a way to make it work using an extra step in the start up process.

Our technician knew electronics so very well. He did everything so smoothly and quickly. He explained everything to us as he went, and everything was working very well before he left.

I bought a new TV at Best Buy online, I had it installed by local my Best Buy. The guys were on time, polite, professional and neat. They showed me how to use all the features of the new TV. It was the type of service I wish to see everywhere.
