Service was off the charts . Tv mounted perfectly Tv shows clear & crispy, Im in love

They were fast and professional. They also explained how to operate the new TV's remote and the features of the TV.

This was a good experience. I would recommend, however, that if you find yourself in my situation of not being able to get internet/cable by the time you are having things set up, WAIT. They did such a good job connecting and hiding everything that its hard to vet back there after the fact. Still would recommend. They made is so easy.

"Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else." The mounting itself was done well. However, the process was not worth it at all. I took off work to be available and they no showed. Not only did they no show, but they couldn't even be bothered to let me know they were running late and would not be there. I called to check and was told to wait longer. So we did. We missed a couple of planned events to make ourselves available. It was well past the original scheduled time frame. Still nothing. Called again and was told they wouldn't be out until the next week. Not once did I receive a call. Not even when I was told I would be called back. After sharing my frustrations with the no call, no show I was told I would get a gift card for my troubles. This would have helped to make the situation right had they actually followed through with it. I was told the card had to be physically mailed and could not be emailed. Also told that it could take up to two weeks to get the card. So two weeks go but still nothing. So I called to check and they informed me that there has been a problem with the card. Instead they are going to credit my original card back. This would take 7 to 9 business days. So I wait. Big surprise, my card is never credited. It's been well past the estimated time. So I called and after getting passed around to different departments, no one can seem to help me. Several hours and several disconnects, I get nowhere. Not once had Best Buy reached out to me to try and make this right. Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Once the geeks got here it was all good. Getting them here was a struggle.

This worked really well in our workout room where space was a bit limited and we wanted the TV to be moved around and seen from many angles. This did the trick! Very sturdy.

Did everything quickly and effectively. Answered questions. It was only after they left, I discovered more questions. No follow up calls were made as to questions I might have after serving.

The agents hung 2 TVs and hooked up a 3rd on the stands on a dresser. So friendly and knowledgeable!

Geek Squad installed my TV quickly, much nicer watching them then try to set it up myself. Very happy with TV and set up. The added benefit of having Geek Squad help me with my computer is the store is terrible. The only thing they will do for me is tell me my computer is to old and to buy a new one.

Representative was knowledgeable and took time to be sure everything was done properly and that I understood how to work everything
