Geek techs are always pros and know what they're doing, but I have had to have them come back to finish what they started because they didn't run thru everything the first time. Because I don't know what I don't know, my last tech (she came twice to the house), told me how (instead of just doing it) to program my already somewhat jerry-rigged brand new TV with my Harmony remote. It sounded easy enough. She left. I didn't get it right. Still doesn't work and renders some cool features of the new TV unusable. I don't want to get charged $99 again and it's so time-consuming to wait for the Geeks, so I haven't called. So we are living with a partially working TV. I know there are time constraints to their visits, but I don't think it's too much to ask that whatever is being installed works properly across the board. Aaaarrrggh. So frustrating.

Can't remember what the gentlemen's names were, but was provided excellent service. They provided detailed recommendations and knew what they were talking about. All you could ask for.

The crew measured and place mounting bracket at my direction. TV was then mounted and had a degree of adjustment even while locked into bracket.

The techs mounted my TV and did a splendid job. The put all component where they are supposed to be. My surround sound is sounding great and everything looks neat.

I’m so glad I decided to get my tv mounted. Great experience with the installer. Took his time to make sure it was perfect. Looks great in my room. Was able to get rid of my tv stand and went with a glass shelf for my cable box.

Mounting frame was heavy and required two Geekers to lift and mount it on the wall. Service was even better since Samsung provided free mounting for the tv purchased. Free or not, do not attempt this by yourself at “home alone”.

The agents mounted the tv and made sure all devices were working. Added challenge is both TVs were mounted into our vacation condo and we had no idea there were steel studs. Geek Squad were heroes.

Replacement for defective TV was handled quickly and on time. All packing material removed, new set tested and demo on using remote.

The young men who came here could not have been more helpful, more informative or more professional. They were five star.

Somehow the wall mount did not arrive with the tv. The installer was able to locate one, picked it up and installed the TV. Only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is that Best Buy should have provided more information on everything I needed to order to install the TV.

The techs were super friendly and skilled. They mounted my monster 85 inch tv with no complaints and made sure it was level and functional. A+ service!

Meh…this one is ok. Nothing really special. Has some flexibility but not a bunch. Wouldn’t buy again. I’d spent a little more & getting something with some serious maneuverability if I could do it over again.

Geek Squad was very helpful and quick with the installation of my TV! They were helpful in answering my questions, on-time, and they ensured the space was clean upon their departure! Would highly recommend!

Great guys, on time, efficient, good explanations, very clean work ( one vacuuming while other drilled holes for mount).

Technician was friendly and helpful. Had a few problems attaching to the older wall mount, but was able to solve it.
