The agent mounted the TV and connected it to all our devices. He was very professional and answered all our questions relative to the care and use of our new TV. He also answered a few questions relative to the streaming services that are available.

Amazing Team from Bestbuy came in and installed this 98inch S5 from TCL. they did it fast and perfectly took care of all my wires. they even took the box and trash with them. God bless the BestBuy Team

Very good picture, easy to set up and convenient. We went to the store looking for a different brand bur once we walked past this we were sold! You don't have to have a cable box or fire stick!

The geek squad duo did a great job with installing the rack and mounting the big TV. They obviously have done this a thousand times before. Also have patiently explained to me how the TV works. Very satisfied customer here

The geek squad employees were very fast and resourceful in their installation. This was especially laudable given the incorrect scheduling. Their work order only mentioned putting the TV on the wall mount though I had clearly requested hook up of audio, DVD player and update of Harmony remote. My experience with scheduling the TV hook up has been very frustrating. First I called to arrange this, and stayed on the phone for 90 minutes with transfers from several people who appear not to know what they were doing. I finally talked to a man who seem to know what he was doing and he scheduled me first for an in-home consult. This delayed completion of the task but I thought that would be good to be sure that I have everything needed for the hook up. The in-home assessor was very pleasant but said that she was mis-scheduled and only provided a little new info. She apparently incorrectly scheduled the hook up visit. I started this process in mid August and it took a month to complete. I have had good experiences in the past with scheduling so this experience was disappointing. I got the impression that there is some disarray at Best Buy right now. I hope you will get your act together since overall I like your company. .

This mount works very well for our 75” tv. It’s very easy to handle. The maneuvering is very smooth and effortless. We appreciate the flexibility to turn the TV in various angles so we can watch a favorite show during dinner or while we’re on our lanai.

In the recent move to our new home, I have to say with no reservations that the two tech representatives who installed our tv were the best service personnel to perform any of the many services needed in a new home. They were prompt, neat and clean, extremely efficient, did a great job and were done within 40 minutes from start to finish. I would not only highly recommend them but go out of my way to sing their praises. Great employees.

Can’t say enough about these guys ! I purchased a 98 in television , they called that morning and asked if I’d be interested in being the first delivery I was between 10 and 2 , oh yes !! Three gentlemen came delivered it to my condo and proceeded to install my mount and television in no time ! They made all the adjustments color sound etc and it sits perfectly on my wall I’m grateful that I had nothing to worry about , the install the packing no mess like they had never been here and I had this magnificent television on my wall ! The Technician impressed as highly knowledgeable and competent. He kept us informed of the progress and issues in a way that inspired our confidence in his capabilities. The technician explained the various controls and made helpful suggestions regarding equipment requirement which would improve the quality of the picture. The work was completed in a timely manner and the work area was tidy at the conclusion of the installation. We were very pleased with every aspect of the job.

I highly recommend this product for the installation of any large screen T.V. The technicians were very professional and the service was amazing. They showed up on time as scheduled and properly mounted the T.V. to the wall. They cleaned everything up and hauled off my old T.V. and all the boxes.

the installers were great. they were contracted by best buy. the company rescheduled my appt twice. I ended up missing an entire day of work over this. once they showed up, they di a great job. hung the wall mount and tv, connected my devices, moved my old tv for me and reconnected it. glad I did this. money well spent. I just wish the company best buy contracts this to had showed up the first time. that is what prevented five stars.
