I was extremely happy with the technician! Sadly the tv could not be mounted due to a wall Issue. However, it looks great just the way it is.

TV wasn't mounted just placed on stand and hooked up to existing audio system

The geek squad was very good in stalling and mounting the sound bar.. they made sure that everything was level and working properly, The sound bar did come with an optical cable and they did not have one on the truck. had to run and get one.

The guys set up the TV and stand very quickly and efficiently. There was a problem with the audio but they found it and fixed it along with my old TV. I would recommend the Geek Squad to my friends.

The men from geek squad were amazing. They explained everything they were doing. They made sure the mount was safe and secured before they left

The mount was perfect for my tv. The guys that did the install were very professional and it turned out great.

Professional install...Mounting was right on the wall studs wires hidden... Crew of 2 worked well as a team answered questions and mounted perfectly centered as customer requested A+++

Great install but manual was taken with box and never returned. Now I have to print one to use the features and the warranty can't ever be register?!
