The two gentleman did a very nice job of mounting our new TV. However, since they have left, our soundbar and subwoofer works fine but our rear speakers do not work at all,

TV was delivered and mounted as expected. Blake made sure that the TV was mounted as we wanted it to be mounted.

Nick and Ed were extremely professional, neat and focused on the job. They did an excellent job mounting the tv, attaching and connecting the soundbar, and making sure everything worked.

When I purchased my TV at Best Buy the sales person never told me about haul away service nor that there would be electrical work needed prior to installation. When I learned about haul away I had to go back to the store to have it included. Waited 45 minutes. It took four sales people to figure it out. They final gave up and said they would call me at at home with the addition. The installation was not as lucky. I paid $199 and all they did was put two holes in the wall put up the wall unit and hang the electric cord outside the wall. Now I need an electrician to come and redo everything and put an electrical box in. Wasted $199. For that price I thought Best Buy did everything. Had I known I would have not had the installation performed by Best Buy.. I would have paid a professional that would have done the complete job. Now I have to pay another $199 to have the electrical box installed and the TV re-hung on the wall. I am very disappointed in this transaction. The installers were very polite and professional but I am not happy with the installation.

Jeremy and his partner did an amazing mount and offered some great suggestions to make the room look better with cables. Even returned the mount I purchased that didn't work for me! 10/10

The company that installed and mounted my TV was a contract company working with Best and not a member of the Geek squad. He did a good job of installing my wall mount and TV but did leave me with cleaning up some of the debris and mess.

The agents did a great job mount the bracket and hanging the tv up without damaging it. They explained everything and great customer service!

They arrived and didn’t have all the parts even though I told customer service what mounts I needed. Tech went back to store and got parts and brought them back.

The agents service was fine, but I thought when I purhased I was paying for a premium wall mounting, thinking it was one that tilted. I already had a flat wall mount so they only had to attach the tv to the existing one. Did I pay for something I didn't get?
