The Geek Squad techs were knowledgeable and courteous, and they did a very professional job mounting and setting up the TV, connecting it to the HT devices, and hauling away the old TV for recycling.

The agents were amazing! They were very professional, complied with the new policies, pertaining to the pandemic, and they were punctual, as well. I scheduled my appointment with Geek Squad for June 30th. I received a call from them, that morning, informing me that they were on the way. They were quick, but careful. They listened to my instructions, about where I'd like the TV to be mounted, and when I hesitated, they stopped, and gave me the time to think about it. (You don't want your TV too high.) Well, it was too high. This was on me. I was so excited about the new screen, that I didn't pay attention to the height. After a few days of gaming, my neck was sore. I called them, and they came over a few days, later. They re-mounted the TV, and again, were very professional. Their attitudes were comforting, as I'd be kind of annoyed to come back, a second time, but they were really great. I never felt like I was inconveniencing them with my questions, or concerns. I have zero complaints; they are the true experts. Hands down, this is the best in-home service, that I've ever had. I would, gladly, recommend Geek Squad to anyone because of my experience. The team arrived on schedule (actually a little early) and were very professional. They made sure that the location and height were what I wanted prior to starting the installation. Once started, they were very efficient and careful. Once done, they took time to explain everything to me and answer questions. They also loaded two apps for me and made sure everything was working. I would recommend this service to anyone who purchases a television and wants it on the wall.

The installation team did exactly what needed to be done. They were efficient. This was a difficult flush mount installation for a Samsung Frame Pro TV. I would love to have them back to see if there is a w ay to improve the quality of the TV picture.

Very friendly service, they came in quicky and professionally and did the same as the left. Lots of details throughout the mounting process and they even programmed our cable box remote to our tv. They also mentioned they have a removal service in case you're looking to exchange or remove your TV. Will definitely use again when needed and highly recommend.

To whom it may concern: The agents that installed my tv's were great. They were nice and friendly and real easy to communicate with. They were very knowledgeable about what they were installing and hooking up. They were fun to work with. I would recommend them to everybody that neefs an install.

Dylan mounted the TV, explained how it all worked since I was not familiar with the set up. He showed me and then had me do what I needed to do to use my new TV. When he left I was comfortable using the new system.

The Geek Squad mounted and setup my new TV within 45 minutes. The Geek Squad were professional and efficient. There was no swearing. The Geek Squad even spread a blanket over the carpet to keep my carpet clean.

It’s definitely worth the $$ to have the Geek squad install the mount, attach the large tv, and custom set the Samsung settings to improve the picture quality for you room’s condition. Having a smaller Samsung that I had set up 6 months ago, I thought I could have handles the settings myself, but the Geek squad taught me some new things.

The techs did a very professional job of installing our television wall mount and mounting our new 75” television. They connected all our devices and demonstrated how to navigate through our new television!

The team that mounted my G3 77 we’re knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and went right to business. I couldn’t believe how fast and efficient they worked. I’m glad I went with them instead of doing it myself. They showed me how to work the tv and remote when firing it up. They also hooked up my new soundbar and made sure it worked before they left. They also took all the trash with them as well. Very happy with the whole set up from the team. Only point I wish they would have let me or shown me how to hide the wires for my tv. That’s something I wanted to do when installing. Other than that it was a great experience

These guys came in and mounted 2 of my TVs. One a 55 inch and the other a 65. Quick. Clean. Respectful. Please make sure when they come they are actual Geek Squad and not some independent contractor Best Buy sub contracts with. If they knock and they are not Geek Squad send them back !

The guys went above and beyond. Put on plastic coverings over their shoes. Professionally unmounted the old mount for me, put in the new one, let me try it out, and then put the old mount back in for me when they realized it was better for my needs. Would do again for sure. Very professional.
