The agents first setup a call to under what I needed and a time they would be available. Next they called a day before and the day of to ensure everything was still a go. They were very professional and followed all Covid rules. The installation took a few hours but looked great once done. The next day the installer gave me a call to check on how the installation was and if there was anything that needed adjustment.

The geek squad duo did a great job with installing the rack and mounting the big TV. They obviously have done this a thousand times before. Also have patiently explained to me how the TV works. Very satisfied customer here

They texted me to let know when to expect them. They called me to let me know they where 15 mins away and i sat down and watched them do their magic. It was a professional installation. They even ran the wire behind the wall for a clean look. Excellent job.

The agent mounted the TV and connected it to all our devices. He was very professional and answered all our questions relative to the care and use of our new TV. He also answered a few questions relative to the streaming services that are available.

Both techs did a great job installing my television and answering my questions. However, the appointment scheduling process has become terrible at BestBuy. Two examples here. The television haul away was separated from the television install and remote set up. This caused confusion, because nobodody pays for a haul away without getting a new tv. Second, my initial appointment was moved from Tuesday to whenever because they couldn’t find the television. No phone call for scheduling or mistake was given, all communication was a AI base text for “me” to reschedule. Lastly the 12 hour appointment window does not work for your customers. 4 hours from when appointment was set up, not 12. Because Best Buy doesn’t provide world class customer experience any longer, I will pursue other options for next time

I experienced an initial wall-mount of a large TV, and then two more exchanges due to faulty TV panels. The initial install was very good and accomplished according to my requested parameters in terms of height on the wall, in which the centre of the panel would be at seated eye height. This panel was defective and swapped for an identical panel. That second installer's helper never showed so I helped the installer with lifting the TV onto the brackets. I immediately detected the same panel defect and showed the installer who wanted to rush home and see if his TV had the same fault. That second panel was exchanged for a completely different type of TV which is thus far satisfactory. My only critique of these three installs is that the Geek Guys were very quick to program the initial settings which was difficult to follow, nor did they explain in any detail their proceedings or ask if I had other thoughts. Mostly the settings were as I would have done myself, and I did go back through each and every setting later. But a bit more coaching might have been appropriate. (To be fair, my comments and knowledge of my own associated audio/video components may have swayed them into thinking such simple instruction was not needed.) Nonetheless, other than two faulty TV panels, the installations were satisfactory.

The 2 Geek Squad gentlemen, Keith and Ken, did an outstanding job installing my 65” TV. They called with an arrival time, showed up on time, installed and set up the new TV, cleaned up and hauled my old TV away. They were courteous and efficient and we couldn’t be happier.

Excellent! Installation of large wall mount tv at office in high-rise building. Surprisingly easy to obtain certificate of insurance as required by Landlord. On time, efficient and they hooked everything up perfectly. Would use again for residence or business with no hesitation.

The installers of our new Insignia TV (Setup & Mounting) went easily. They had no issues and were very professional as well as friendly/polite and informative. I wasn't too sure of hiring the "Geek Squad" but they were actually so great! Everything went great and they are even coming back to service our TV that is now 11 months old as the darn TV started changing stations on us in the middle of movies and going back to the TV Guide. Weird.

You couldn't ask for a better, knowledgeable and communicative pair. These guys are pros. They're also patient, kind and engaging. It's really nice to have someone who knows exactly what they're doing get you set up. These guys are worth every penny.

Jeff & his co-workers were kind, professional, knowledgeable & efficient. Answered all my questions. Most of all they made sure I was comfortable with my equipment by encouraging me to ask questions. When they left they said call us if you have any questions. That made me feel secure knowing if I had problems or questions I could get the answers I needed. I know I made best choice with Geek Squad.

I was very impressed with the knowledge and expertise shown by the installers. They knew immediately how to install the TV, checked the other side of the wall for any obstructions and carefully drilled pilot holes to make sure the holes were placed properly. What a great job and excellent experience.

This mount works very well for our 75” tv. It’s very easy to handle. The maneuvering is very smooth and effortless. We appreciate the flexibility to turn the TV in various angles so we can watch a favorite show during dinner or while we’re on our lanai.

The Geek Squad techs were knowledgeable and courteous, and they did a very professional job mounting and setting up the TV, connecting it to the HT devices, and hauling away the old TV for recycling.

The installers from Geek Squad were great. Contacted us multiple times before arrival to let us know ETA, and were prompt. Upon delivery and installation they were clean, professional, and made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. Upon completion the team was knowledgeable about our products, and made sure any questions we might have had were answered. Definitely worth the money to ensure that our products were installed correctly, with all of our questions answered.

The installers were professional, friendly, and completed the work with speed and efficiency. I would ask for this installer for all my electronics.

The "Geeks" that showed up were very chill, patience, and very informative when it came to my questions. Professionalism was top notch. Installation was quick and clean up was great (which is important in my book), they made sure no debris was left behind. Best Buy has a great team within the Geek Squad.
