The guys ran the wires in the walls and hooked me up on TV and the guys were very knowledgeable of the questions I had for them, Thanks !

The Geek Squad technicians did an excellent job mounting my new television on my living room wall. As promised, they properly connected the television to all of my components and made sure that everything was working properly.

Geek Squad guys present themselves professionally, installed 2 wall-mounted 85" Tvs quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall 5Stars. Highly recommend.

I was disappointed that I couldn’t add my component audio receiver. Is their an adapter to add to my Comcast cable box so I can connect via RVA jacks?

It was so nice to have the team install a 50" tv on the floor stand. We had a lot of other things to get ready for that day & this service saves us a lot of time.

The phone service was not great. The reps themselves were nice, but my call was hung up on several times and there was also disconnect between my original appointment and a second appointment. It took me HOURS to get my appointment scheduled and several more hours to figure out when they were actually coming. I had 2 appointments made for me, all the while they were never coming to the first one scheduled, even though everyone told me it was on their schedule for the day! Other than that, the reps who came to mount the TVs were helpful and efficient.

Super professional and efficient installation service. Great communication from the install team. Very friendly and made what would have been a difficult task for me so easy.

I’m so sorry to say I do not remember the name of my installer, but he was the most professional understanding person that you could ask for, he went beyond what I called the call of duty he made sure this customer was satisfied and happy

Did an average job at best. They were helpful to lift it up and place it on an existing bracket I already had on the wall. Did a very cursory job in managing the wires, didn't check for level until I asked, and didn't notice the TV mount was not flush to the wall. After they left, I rerouted all the wiring behind the TV for a cleaner install. I'm glad I didn't need them to cut into my wall or route any wires from my system to my TV behind the wall.

The agent mounted the TV and connected and sync all devices. Did the necessary updates. Very knowable. Very pleased with the services received by Best Buy.
