Geek Squad technicians mounted new TV and connected all devices to it. TV works extremely well.

Mounted and installed very quickly, but didn't explain what they were doing or how to change anything, and there's no manual. They installed with HD channels only, but I've found that there are MANY channels that are available but I can't access them and I don't know why. Not sure if they limited it to HD channels. In addition, I told them not to activate the smart features, but now I have no idea how to change that. I liked Geek Squad originally, but Best Buy has taken away features and barely reduced the price. I recommend finding out exactly what you get for the money before buying.

Installed nice, wish they would have taken a little more time in showing me how the TV would look on the wall before they mounted it but thats my only issue.

Removed my old tv and mounted the new one. Got everything set up and working in no time flat.

Great team arrived in an extremely clean van--which then set a tone. Dave and his partner were polite, clean, and accommodating of questions. They were excellent reps of the Geek Squad. Give em a raise!!

Make sure you request actual Geek Squad technicians rather than contractors and you'll be happy with the results. They train their people really well and all the personnel we've dealt with have been very professional.

Benny and team did a great job in setting up the wall mount for my tv. They were punctual and very professional. The clean up is part of the process, so that was plus bc i didnt have to deal with discarding a tv box
