The team that installed my new television were courteous and efficient. I am so glad I had my television professionally installed.

We purchased a huge tv and wanted it mounted but were nervous to do it ourselves that’d be a lot of money if it got broke trying to mount. The geek squad was great. We had ordered the mount and it was missing a piece. We contacted them and they were able to bring a replacement with them and still do the install vs me trying to run to the store to replace it. They helped us find the best place to put it, install was quick and clean. I gave it a 3 because we’d also purchased a surround sound system and expected that to be installed too. Turns out that’s a different installation and more money. I wish they’d clarify exactly what’s included and what’s not. Second issue is that if you want the wires nicely dressed you’ve gotta purchase the covers yourself they will bundle them with zip ties though. That error was on me and I could have been better prepared.

Attendants installed tv and sound bar. Excellent service setting up and explaining how to navigate.

Agents set up new T V and took old one away. They attached the existing sound system to the new set. They took the time to walk me through all the capabilities of the new LG 65” Smart T V

TV was installed and setup by BB. The LG oled 77"is great. never a problem. perfect picture. They also moved old 70 inch to a wall in a different room. It works fine.

Very courteous, neat, and clean. Appreciated that they helped with questions regarding my other tv. Felt comfortable with them in my home. Was able to answer all my questions.

Nolan and Tisya did a great job! They were very professional and attentive. They took the time to teach me how to use the remotes. Everything looked great when they were done.

As usual, the technicians that came to install and hook up my new TV were fantastic. They were professional and answered all of my questions. They also made sure all of my devices were hooked up and worked correctly.

Installation was smooth and simple, took maybe a half hour. Explanation was limited and the crew didn't suggest or prompt to making sure to ethernet wire the TV. WIFI load buffer is a lot otherwise. Crew did do some small extras.

It would have been impossible for me and my family to pick up our new 75” television at the store and install it ourselves. Thank goodness for this Geek Squad service.

Our installation was easy. Not mounted, but lots of cords to be plugged in. All went without a problem. The team was great.
