The Geek Squad did a phenomenal job connecting everything and showing us how it all works

Took several scheduling attempts to get the tv and mount both mounted. The mount was delivered separately from the tv even though i was told they would arrive together. TV was delivered and they left without mounting.

The agents could not mount our TV on a wall bracket because it was older and did not have the same connecting as our new TV. I had order a new bracket and when they came back, I had to pay them extra for the return trip. They were excellent installers.

Excellent service. These guys knew what they were doing. I was very impressed.

Geek Squad mounted my new 82" TV and hooked everything up, but required me to buy an in-wall channel to run the cable through some additional cables. I did not know I was going to need these items. I suggest asking what will be needed ahead of time so you don't have to purchase whatever is on their truck.

The agents are very good and friendly while doing the installation. They also provide very good suggestions while installation.

Service was fine. The installer was done very quickly and efficiently. I found the price a tad high for what I actually needed - I just needed a wall mount and TV installed with no other connections. No other machines or service. Just the physical installation. I set up the Wi-Fi connection.

The Geek Squad was absolutely awesome! They were very efficient and provided all the information I needed.

The agents did a great job installing my 65" TV and seeing it up properly on the mount and making sure everything was level. Did great job on cleanup also.

Both sets of Geek Squad techs were professional, friendly, and efficient. They unmounted my 82" TV and remounted the TV in my new office location and they did an excellent job!

My husband waited for them to ask about our firestick being installed before putting on the wall and I got involved trying to help installers get the charter tv installed so she forgot. Tried calling to get someone to come out to put in in the TV but couldn’t get past the machine.
