The Geek Squad Tech arrived on time and was extremely professional. He installed my 40 inch tv exactly where I wanted it, cleaned up after the install and made the process seamless.

Although they didn’t get it right the first time, the finished product was great. The guys were not rushed and explained the tv features to me.

The young man, John, showed up on time, was very neat and polite, and did his work in professional manor. He was also very aware of customer service. I saw him at the store a week later and he remembered me and asked again about my satisfaction.
