The Geek Squad team was great! Very professional to make sure the job was done right!

Installers were very nice polite and professional l. My tv isn’t straight though I tried adjusting it after they left to no avail. I have to call Beat Buy and see if they can send them back out.

I bought a 75” TV to replace 65” wall mounted model. My cables were in the wall. Due to the larger size of the TV and the location of the TV input jacks, the rxisting cables were not long enough. They did not bring any additional cables/extenders to complete the setup. The told me I would have to buy additionsl cables, buf they would not return to complete the setup. Seems to me that having additionsl cables in the truck to complete an install would be an obvious supply for installers of TVs should bring to every job. I did not get what I paid for.

Great professional installation! We felt very safe with the Covid-19 protocols that were followed. The installer was polite, professional and got the job done efficiently as well.

Squad mounted a new TV on an existing wall mount. Took no time at all. Not only removed the old 50 in TV that was 11 years old but took it out to my SUV for disposal at the recycle place.

I was amazed at how well these guys wall mounted my 85 inch tv. They were very careful, clean, quick and methodical. Would use them again. Don’t hesitate to have them install your tv you’ll be happy.

I bought a 75" TV and man I was glad the Greek Squad mounted the tv on the wall and connected the components. That TV was heavy but they did it and I appreciate the great job they did.

So glad we hired them to hang our large TV!!! First of all, you really need two people to hang these larger TVs. Second, they were aware of possible "glitches" and were easily able to troubleshoot any and all minor complications!

The agents did an excellent job and they answered all my questions. We are so happy with the Geek Squad and their knowledge and expertise.

As a senior citizen I would not have the ability to mount or lift the 65" TV. The Geeks were quick and professional with both the mounting of the hanger and the Tv itself.
